i have a business account with huntington. it used to be good but they recently switched over to this AI service and ive neve been so frustrated in my life. i have a fraud charge and it took me over an hour to even reach someone. finally i did and they had to transfer me to business - which is where I called but i guess the AI bot sent me to the wrong place. now an hour later im still on hold. The ai can schedule a call back but the call never comes. Huntington used to be good but WOW has it gotten awful with their latest update. Do not take your business banking to Huntington.

On June 16th and 17th I noticed 2 charges on my debit card that I didn't recognize charging, along with 2 international fees that HB charged me. I have fraud alert on my account and was never notified of these charges. I called and spoke with a supervisor. This so called supervisor was very dismissive and unhelpful from the very start. I asked her if she can tell me the types of businesses and their locations and she refused to do her job by doing her research. ALL she kept on saying was she didn't have access to find it and for me to do it myself by googling it. I hung up and spoke to another supervisor who assured me that every supervisor has access to find out where the merchants are located. He said both charges are in the UK at 2 different restaurants and the other supervisor could have easily found that herself. He blocked my card, sent out a new one but till this day ONLY one if the charges and fees have been removed. I called last weekend to find out why the other charge and fee is still on there and also why I wasn't alerted of this activity with fraud alert on my account. I got another very rude supervisor who got very sarcastic with me, didn't want to answer any of my questions. I called the next day to file a complaint regarding the bad customer service I received. I was told someone from escalations will call me back and no one has called me till now. I called a few days ago to ask about both matters again and this time I was told to go file a police report to help get the other charge and fee reversed. I filed a police report and called back to give the number. I spoke with a supervisor in the disputes department. Explained everything to him. He was very dismissive, didn't acknowledge anything I said and rushed me off the phone. The next day I called back and was told by another supervisor that the previous supervisor in disputes NEVER took my police report number down and he immediately closed the case right after our call. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Transfer from Cadence is a nightmare, I don't have access to my account , cant pay the bill, Customer service transfer my calls to five different peoples and no one knows ,help and tell me why I cant access my account , but they keep saying , I am sorry I understand your frustration .

Absolutely terrible experience with transportation from Cadence to Huntington. Deposits not showing and 4 different agents all different answers as to who what ,why or even how. With most banks closing on the weekend and deposits not showing and no one able to push it through. All over awful experience we have ever had with a bank.

Absolute nightmare!!! Deposited a check that still hasn’t cleared a week later…debit cards didn’t work and over an hour to finally get on the line with someone who I couldn’t understand and they couldn’t understand me…still no resolution

I made the mistake of using this bank for my auto loan. What a nightmare! Customer service is awful. Ive been trying to pay my car note for 3 days. Theres nobody that can help me. No account number has been provided. The "customer service" department is Absolutely useless. Ive never had a harder time trying to pay a debt. Absolutely terrible customer service. Im about to refinance just so I can get away from this company!

Extremely disappointed with Huntington Bank's customer service. I obtained a certified cashier's check from my account to pay off a vehicle loan, and when the receiving credit union needed the funds verified, Huntington was nearly impossible to reach. For more than four days, both I and the credit union repeatedly tried to contact Huntington. I spent hours on hold, was transferred multiple times, and had calls disconnected. On one occasion, I was told I was being transferred to someone who could help, only to be sent to a line that said call volume was too high. This should have been a simple process, but instead it became a frustrating ordeal that delayed my vehicle payoff. As a customer who has maintained significant funds with Huntington, I expected much better service. The lack of responsiveness and poor customer support was unacceptable.

The way that Huntington Bank has handled the purchase of Cadance Bank is any BUT customer freindly. I have moved my account to a new bank that has customer service first. Having to change all account numbers, routing numbers and debit card is crazy. Good bye and I am sure I am not the only one dumping this bank. Been with Bancorpsouth and Candance for 20 years.
