Website is COMPLETELY inaccessible, as well as the app. Can't see my balance, can't manage cards, can't call customer service because of never ending "planned" system maintenance. Do not recommend getting involved with this abhorrent company.

They bought my old bank and made my money inaccessible. Then they lost almost $4000 and so far 2 months into several fruitless phone calls have still done nothing other than say they can't do anything. Also I live in Mississippi and the fraudulent charges were in Columbus Ohio which is conveniently where their headquarters are. 0/10 customer service 0/10 account access (unless you are someone that shouldn't have access) 0/10 security. 0/10 bank. Don't do business with these crooks you would be better off burning your money.

We finally closed ALL our accounts after banking here (1441 Waulegan Rd., Glenview) loyally for 20 years, ever since it was TCF Bank. This is because Winston Dacuycuy did a bait and switch on us with branch manager Theresa Wittau. Winston said to me, "You should have all these services free and NOT pay for them as a valued customer." So after depositing many thousands of $ with the specific agreement that we would no longer be charged $6 for cashier's checks, they suddenly broke our agreement without notice a week later, saying, "Agreements can change anytime." His true Jekyll and Hyde came out, with the nasty side of him dominating after receiving our $. We immediately closed ALL our accounts. Our friends and family also closed ALL their accounts here. This review is to make others aware of the poor business decisions he made and prevent others from being deceived. There are so many other nicer, kinder, and more ethical banks to work with. Please be careful, everyone.

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They acquired Fifth Third Bank 3 weeks after I opened my business checking account. I have had nothing but issues with them.

This is by far the worst bank ever!!! I’m so sorry I ever retried to this bank !! Cancels debit card did not tell me … went to make a deposit I didn’t have my id on me wasn’t looking for a balance with account information. Worst coustmer service denied me to deposit my money !! Are they simply too lazy to go look at your photo on file when you opened the account. Freezing my dam card few times for. O given reason . Don’t ever ever open an account here!!!!! First thing Monday I’m closing my account I have never had any type of issues with Jey bank .This bank simply sucks !!!

Wish I read reviews beforehand. I started an account with Huntington when I got a new job that had direct deposit. I liked the bonus they were offering for setting up direct deposit with them. When I received my first check, i still hadn't received my debit card in the mail. I have other banks like woodforest and chime; they allow digital instant digital transfers. It took me 3 days to get my other accounts linked to Huntington so I could access my paycheck. I also found there are only 3 ATMS within 20 miles of me. And after completing a transfer of my paycheck so I could use my funds. I was told it won't begin processing until Monday and then be available Thursday. I am frustrated they dont have modern capabilities of transferring funds electronically and instantly. Needless to say, ill be closing my account after I receive my bonus.

They lock my card. Often. I call and get a very foreign person asking me for all of my personal account numbers and purchase history. Feels really vulnerable. I hated it, every time and it only got worse as the experiences went on. Impatient, no engrish, terrible customer service. On hold for more than 20 minutes.

I was recently the victim of a badly mismanaged bank merger wherein Huntington National Bank acquired Cadence Bank. The account migrations were sloppy and error prone, and the customer service representatives at Huntington were astoundingly rude and incompetent. Would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy.
