5 stars because they truly deserve it! They helped me set up my treasury and banking system for all my accounts in just one week. If it weren't for their amazing customer service, I wouldn't have been able to transition from CoAmerica after their merger with 5/3 Bank. That transition was quite a nightmare! If I had stayed with them, I wouldn't have been able to make payroll since they locked my accounts and I couldn't reach anyone at their customer service. I'm still locked out! I've been reading these reviews and it looks like you guys are having problems budgeting. I can't tell you how many times I go to a store and try to leave a tip only to be rejected with, "Oh I can't take that." You gotta take the money, otherwise you go into debt. YOU PEOPLE ARE MAKING US ALL LOOK BAD. Although, some of us need it and some of us don't. I've never had a problem and I received $400 bonus 2 months ago which of whom my landlord demanded that I pay him. He stands about 4ft tall at 100lbs... I'm 6ft/200lbs. I'm sure I could throw him... He has increased the rent for next month as well! 🤪 Now, my standby cash has been defunded from $500 to $0. Obviously they know who and what they are hunting for. I only have 2 questions; WHAT DO YOU DO ABOUT THAT AND HOW AM I NOT THE LANDLORD?

I LOVE Huntington Bank. I have been with them for about 15 years and have only had a few hitches that were resolved quickly. One of them involved a fraudulent charge against my debit card. I called and they told me to just relax and they would take it from there. The money that was attempted to be stolen was returned to my account within hours and I never heard about it again...they took care of everything. I will be a Huntington customer for life.

I have been banking with Huntington when it started if with another name and has changed hands many times. I started my account in 2009. I have never had a bad experience with them. The customer service agents, the tellers and not all the managers but many of them have been extremely helpful, polite, courteous and friendly. Hope the bad ones are weeding out in the process. I wish they didn't charge for overseas withdrawals, but that is what they do. Also their ATM charges outside their network is also a pain in Bank. Most accounts allow 0 balance, early direct deposit (3 days), they don't have many of the charges that other banks tend to charge. The offices are very appealing. Since I am still with them, that should tell you that they haven't been robbing my money by charging crazy fees for anything. I use them wisely and avoid the avoidable. I recommend this bank highly
