Horrific customer service. My wife has tried repeatedly to close her IRA. Calls cut off, they are rude or completely lost on how to help. Perhaps the worse I've ever seen. Still hasn't resolved the issue despite several phone expensive calls as we live abroad.

This had an LLC I've never heard of appear as a profile in my online and banking app. It appears their intent was to quietly transfer money out of my personal credit line over to their fake business. After investigating further it appears the fraudster didn't have my social or other personal information so my guess is the training and on boarding and opening of new account processing is so erratic that they created this problem with their own incompetence. They couldn't even associate who the real person was that opened the fake business account. After two months this fake profile still exists in the mobile banking app so I finally just gave up and closed my account. The interaction with the branch was all over the place with obvious lack of standards and even basic understanding of how to do anything. The staff in the branch are all very young, and inexperienced. Fortunately I was not relying on my accounts there for actual day-to-day servicing or this could've been much worse. This is the first Bank I've ever experienced where I literally don't trust them with my money.

You don’t have ATM’s outside your building so when the bank closes, I’m out of luck for getting cash.“ Who in the world wants to deal with a bank with those issues when there are SO MANY OTHER BANKS that are way better. I mean honestly, their customer service made me wait and then hung up in my face. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. I only signed up for the $400 promotion. I will not be banking with them afterwards EVER AGAIN

Bank is awful. They recently acquired another bank and now you can’t get through on the phone or online to make a mortgage payment. Super disappointing. Also use offshore customer service so not easy to deal with

Your transition from cadence bank is a complete debacle and you’ve cost me money!! What moron was in charge of this?!!! Four accounts I have to shut down now because of your incompetent leadership! After reading all the reviews on this bank DO NOT USE MOBILE DEPOSITS. All the reviews that I have read this institution closes accounts for fraud after you use mobile deposit. I am currently dealing with the same issue. Made a mobile deposit and after being told every excuse for 2 weeks but the truth I found out finally they flagged my mobile check for fraud. Was told I have to go to a branch 35 miles away to prove myself. Apparently everyone that deposits mobile checks is fraudulently doing it according to this bank. Maybe this poorly ran bank should not offer mobile deposits if they are going to flag everyone when they use it. Just playing the waiting game now for the account to close and received the documents I requested for the reasoning of the frozen account so my attorney can do their job. I recommend recording all encounters with this bank as well so you have proof that the give customers improper and misleading information.

I deposited a large check into my account at Huntington Bank. I received an email they were putting a hold on the check, but instead they withdrew the money from my account. After many calls, they will not tell me where the money is. They have still not put the money back in my account and just place it on hold until it clears. Time to find a new bank.

The changes you made with both online and phone in absolutely sucks, you just turned something great into a terrible experience, enough to where I might change banks.....thanks for nothing
