The hugterra kind of makes my head hurt…
The hugterra kind of makes my head hurt more with the vibration but they are kind enough to refund 50% and I will keep the product to give as a gift! Great customer service!

Prompt customer service response

Buyer Beware!
High priced piece of junk. Remote did not work so I couldn't tell if the unit worked as advertised. They did send me a new remote after I submitted a 5 Star review at their request. By the time I got the new remote the unit wouldn't hold a charge. Returns are too costly to Belgium and I asked for a refund. They offered 30% of the cost and I accepted though I wasn't happy.

Help When I Needed It The Most
I've been using this belt for over two months now and I've noticed a significant change in my lower back pain level. I can do things that like bending over to pick up items from the floor. I'm sleeping better. I also purchased on for my 84 year-old sister who is using it now for her lower back pain. Thanks Hugterra
