Great experience
Very flexible when I asked for an extension on the belt. They got back to me IMMEDIATELY and were super professional and accommodating. It's a great product and I highly recommend!

Customer Service Makes it Worth It
The customer service team really is the best. I know everyone is saying the same thing, and it’s hard to believe it is true, but believe me it’s true! They respond quickly, answer questions with clarity, and they are always ready to correct any situation that may arise. As for the Huggterra Neck Massager, it arrived quickly and had simply easy to read instructions. Charging the battery was a breeze, took about 3 hours, and it was ready for use. Unfortunately, I am unable to use the massager. However, the company 100% stands by their refund policy. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

5 star for customer service
5 star for customer service. This item came well packaged and in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use the product, but it does operate as advertised. They offered to a partial refund and allowed me to keep the item. I will update my review if I run into any issues.
