Use for mild back pain, not chronic
The product i ordered was great. Un fortunately I can't use it due to chronic pain in my back and possible surgery. The company was very quick to reply to my request to return. I know someone else who can use this. Thank you for being quick and helpful.

Great Customer Service!
I had a great experience returning this product after realizing it wasn’t needed. Customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The package arrived on time but I had…
The package arrived on time but I had no longer use for it's services. The company offered a 50% refund policy which was promptly reimbursed. If ever I would need this product I may reach out back to the company again. Thank ❤️ you so much!
