We are as yet to install our light however, it arrived, packaged very well and looks great. It came with a globe which I was not aware of and so ordered some. I was advised by Emma that I did not need the globes so the globe order has been cancelled and will be refunded. Not only is the product great but the customer service is also excellent. Thank you Emma & Hugbel - I will be ordering future lights with you!

You can tell this is made with care. The finish is flawless and the lamp has a nice weight. Customer support was friendly when I had a delivery question.

I received a pendant light which was damaged in transit. On delivery it was broken. Both my designer and myself emailed Hugbel (support) without response. I then tried a different email (sales) and had an immediate response from Hesper who generously sent a new pendant. It arrived this week and the electrician installed it today. It looks great!! Thank you Hugbel.

Main issue was that the product was advertised as wood and arrived as cheap and nasty plastic. Does not look at all like the photos. Very expensive product for the terrible quality. The light part of the fitting advertised as ‘frosted glass’ also had scratches on it. Shipping was a bit slow, but arrived in reasonable time. I have requested a refund but am yet to hear back. I’m not sure where all these good reviews come from, they are likely heavily vetted.

A duplicate order was made on my behalf and the team at Hugbel were very understanding of my situation. They quickly acknowledged the error and were able to process a full refund of the second order. Thank you very much for such a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend purchasing from such a highly reputable company.

Reviews are fake I’ve reviewed multiple times on my experiences with this store and it’s a scam. They didn’t fulfil our order completely, never provided refund, do not honour return policy, do not communicate, ignore. Products are horrendous cheap quality and nasty. Do not waste your time
