Wir haben für knapp 200€ eine Lampe…
Wir haben für knapp 200€ eine Lampe gekauft, die drei Wochen nach Bestellung und mehrfacher Nachfrage dann aus China geliefert wurde. Die Lampe entspricht nicht annähernd den Qualitäts Kriterien! Sie ist nicht mal anständig lackiert, schätzungsweise liegen die Kosten bei unter 10€ in der Produktion. Allerdings haben wir die Kosten erstattet bekommen, konnten die Lampe aber behalten, damit wir nicht den Versand zahlen müssen.

Not great, but I did eventually get a refund
I ordered 2 light fittings of the same style, but different colours (wanted to see how they looked before buying 4 for kitchen renovation). Their specs said 30 cm diameter, but they were actually 20 cm. After contacting them (and leaving a 1 star review), it took a few emails before being told that actually the 30 cm diameter spec only applied to one of the four different styles (it didn't mention that on the website).
As of today, the refund has appeared in my account (and the funds have cleared).
So I have changed my review to 2 stars.
The postage was slow, with no updates. Which doesn't bother me too much.
I've given them one star for the quality - the lights were AUD 275 each. I've been renovating an old house for a year now, so I have a pretty good feel for the cost of things now. And for that kinda money, you should be getting something pretty nice. But these? You might think they were a good deal if you picked them up at Cheap as Chips for 15 bucks.
And I've given them another star for the refund.
I'm sure that they must have some nice stuff, or they'd go out of business.
But I would highly recommend that you do your research before buying. Find a review of the exact light you're looking at, if possible.
For example, the ones I got were Industrial Vintage Iron Modern Pendant Light. In green, and grey. At this moment, they are on "sale" for AUD 289.90. But you'd feel ripped off if you paid more than 20 for them.
So be cautious.

Dropshipping Business
This is definitely a dropping shipping website. I paid over $1000 AUD for 3 basic pendants and 2 small wall lights thinking I was getting quality lighting. It took AGES to arrive and when it did arrive, the boxes were all in chinese, writing in chinese and all the postage stamps. Don't buy from them, you may as well just go on Aliexpress and buy direct. Quality is terrible and very very cheap looking, don't waste your money.

Terrible quality, product does not match what was advertised
Main issue was that the product was advertised as wood and arrived as cheap and nasty plastic. Does not look at all like the photos. Very expensive product for the terrible quality.
The light part of the fitting advertised as ‘frosted glass’ also had scratches on it.
Shipping was a bit slow, but arrived in reasonable time.
I have requested a refund but am yet to hear back.
I’m not sure where all these good reviews come from, they are likely heavily vetted.
