Edited to add - I emailed them, several back and forth emails. No resolutions. I even offered to ship the items back for a refund. Never again and highly recommend everyone else to purchase local, there are many lighting companies that trade from Australia that are fantastic and reasonable and have a great customer service. Bought 4 lights, all 4 faulty in design - they work but the tubes are all varialbe sizes so cannot be fit correctly. Back and forth via emails - generally unhelpful. Stick to local Australian suppliers - I had no problems with my other lights - one I purchased from Nook collections had a faulty transformer - replaced with minimal hassle. This company is making me run circles. Also, general quality of lights looks cheap and plasticky. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Ein Stern ist noch zuviel! Wir haben bei Hubel eine hochwertige Aussenleute ( reduziert noch über 200 Euro) am 16.05.26 bestellt. Laut Beschreibung Aluguss und Glas, gekommen ist: Blech und Kunststoff aus China. Widerrufsrecht erkämpft mit USA und sollten das Paket nach USA ( auf unsere Rechnung) schicken. ABGELEHNT! EU Adresse erzwungen . Wir schickten die Lampe wie jetzt verlangt in die Niederlande zu einem Warenhaus. Auf eigene Kosten. Lampe in Amsterdam angekommen und Rückerstattung wurde endlich erbracht am 26.06.26. Heute den 09.07.26 kam das von uns abgesante Paket wieder zurück und wir sollten 10 Euro bezahlen. Annahme verweigert!!! Wir können nur warnen bei dieser Firma etwas zu bestellen.

Lights took very long to arrive. When they did, one didn’t work. Instead of sending a replacement, they sent a component without any instructions. I don’t see how I, as the customer, am supposed to dismantle the light, fix it, and put it back together. This is all with 2 weeks in between each correspondence. Awful quality, awful communication, would not buy again. When they eventually sent the instructions to add the new component to the light, it turned out to be more complex than changing a lightbulb. There are several components to screw and unscrew and fit together. I am already out of pocket having had an electrician/ contractor visiting to install a light that did not work. Will I be compensated for this if the same thing happens again? I don’t see how I should be held liable for a faulty product. A good product should come fully assembled without the customer having to make any adjustments. It is not fair to expect the customer to REPAIR A FAULTY PRODUCT and bear the cost if that repair is unsuccessful.

They agreed to refund and then said ONLY if a remove a honest review I left because I left it because they were ignoring me and not helping Still waiting on my refund. Their products are bad. Don’t match the description. Order warm light, you’ll get cold light. We had one light stop working after a week. We ordered x number of lights to all match in the house they didn’t send one out, completely stuffing up the design and never sent it out ! You’ll save your own sanity and time and money buying locally. Do not buy from here

They have a refund strategy where they continue to give you only a percentage of the cost back and you have to continually email them until they finally agree to a full refund and require you to return the product to the USA. They won't give you the return address until they have tried continuously to give you a percentage of the refund. The return address is Hugbel Warehouse, 4700 Robards Ln #109, Louisville KY 40218, USA. They refuse to pay for postage which is substantial if you are posting from outside the USA. I purchased a pendant light which looked nothing like what was pictured and they said that they were not at fault and it may have been due to the lighting. They refuse to pay postage which was over $200. They have the product to resell and I am out of pocket due to their false advertising. Don't purchase products from these guys! What they don't mention in their response below is that they said they only said that they would offer a full refund without me needing to return the product after I had already posted the product back to them and sent them the receipt. Then they refused to pay the postage. They are providing misleading information below just as they provide misleading information when advertising their products. Don't trust these guys!

Ordered four glass pendant lights and a wall light. All were made from cheap acrylic, one was broken in transport and another had an obvious defect in it. Spent a lot of money on these and was expecting a quality product but it’s clearly a scam.

Awful service! I ordered 2 x Wabi Sabi and 3 x Niku lights, spending hundreds of pounds. The Wabi Sabi light arrived with a stain and the quality was not great for the price paid. The Niku lights looked nice, but when the electrician went to fit, one of them arced and blew the circuit. The absolute nightmare of trying to get a replacement has been going on weeks and I have had to chase continually. They finally sent one after many, many emails and the glass bulb section is a shoddy plastic bulb, instead of the glass it is meant to be. It doesn't even fit in the light. They have no quality control and happily waste your money and time. This is genuinely the worst company I have dealt with in years.

Without a doubt this is most deceptive, untrustworthy on line seller I have dealt with in over 35 years. Ordered 3 lights. Tracking supplied very late. Two had damage, obviously from pre packing because the actual pack was good. Delivery slow. They were polite and offered replacements but time was against me. They said Express Shipping would cost $445! So then they offered a refund of $665 (value of damaged lights), a discount of 10% and a voucher. By this time I had reported it to PayPal and wrote a review here. They said that I had to withdraw my PayPal dispute and remove the review here. I did so reluctantly but it made no difference. No refund. So I relodged the PayPal dispute. To this they said their system would not allow a refund whilst the dispute was in place. They blamed everything except themselves. They begged me to remove the dispute and promised faithfully to send the refund. I have all this in emails. Foolishly I believed them and, you guessed it, no refund again. Relodged dispute under different heading of Refund Promised but Not Made. PayPal will take it from here. I am sick of dealing with people who sound genuine, say they are trustworthy and are anything but. In the meantime I am out of pocket with work I promised for a client. Their Wyoming "address" is full of shell companies, many of which are flagged for fraud. In my opinion they source their product from just about anywhere including places that deal in not so good quality. The lights I got were well overpriced for the quality. I have emails to support all this which are now with PayPal. No doubt there will be a very concerned and feeling reply to this review. It will not be worth a cent. UPDATE 25 May PayPal has decided in my favour and is refunding the amount claimed.
