It sounds like there is some confusion about the subscription setup, so I'd like to offer some information: The first order contains two weeks of daily disposable lenses (15 pairs) free, for the price of shipping. The monthly subscription begins 15 days after you place the original order, so that you do not have a lapse in your lens supply. The monthly orders are contain 30 pairs of daily lenses, and you can even view and edit your delivery schedule by logging into your Hubble account. While our cancellation line is only open during business hours, you can definitely reach our customer service team via email 24/7 at [email protected].
