I hated going to the eye dr to pick up new contacts cause sometimes I was too lazy and would be blind before picking them up. Loved having them come to me and super comfortable to wear

Conned into a subscription. They make it difficult to return unwanted box. Returned over 2 weeks ago and still not been refunded. The contacts were not very good either!

The product is decent and reliable, I will likely continue to be a customer. However, the customer service with this company can be difficult to reach and confusing. I wish it was easier to update my prescription with Hubble.
Response from Hubble ContactsFeb 28, 2019
Hi Charleen, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm so sorry to hear that your experience with our customer service team has been less than satisfactory. It looks like we were able to update your prescription without a problem when you reached out to us in April. If there's anything I can do to make your Hubble experience better than 3-stars, please send an email to me at [email protected] at your earliest convenience. Best, Vanessa
