Seems impossible to cancel/end subscription
I have had no problem with the quality of the product, however because I get headaches and eye strain, I have been wearing my glasses most of the time so I tried several times to cancel my subscription and it’s virtually impossible to contact anyone at Hubble. Now I’m just waiting until my prescription expires and I will not renew my subscription to Hubble. Currently, I am paying for a product monthly that I am not using. I have boxes of contacts that I probably will never use now. Very frustrating!

Contacts didnt work called to cancel…
Contacts didnt work called to cancel subscription emailed...then spent almost half an hour with a woman on phone to get a refund for an unauthorized charged...asked twice to speak to a supervisor finally after the second time of asking im told the supervisor is on another line and will call me back...i was pretty much told id be charged for contacts I cant use and the lady was rude had an excuse for everything...stay away from thia place...

I didn't even have time to try the free pair
I didn't even have time to try to free pair before they charged me. I asked for a refund with nothing from them. Stay far from this company.

Scammers, stay well clear...
oh my goodness, stay well clear of these scammers. It is, of course, super easy to sign up, but if you want to cancel again, then you have to call a premium number, so you can really be gouged for money. Given how rubbish the lens boxes are, I guess this is where they make their money.

These contacts are the worst I've ever…
These contacts are the worst I've ever had. Everytime I call to cancel nobody answers. They are dry contacts and sometimes there are no fluids in containers when u open them. The worst product ever

No time to actually trial the free trial!!
Didn’t get any time to actually ‘trial’ the free trial before I’d another box in the post and the trouble I’ve had trying to obtain a refund has been ridiculous and has taken weeks so far with no refund in sight - the return label they sent me was questioned by the post office so I’m worrried they won’t get the parcel and then I have to wait another month before they’ll look at the proof of postage in order to obtain my refund!! Terrible service!!

Avoid: Misleading deals - Feel conned.
Misleading about how they do business. I signed up for 15 days worth of "free" lenses for only £3. Sounded like a good deal at first but then they auto subscribe you with out making it obvious how they operate. They then start charging you £27 per month and make it difficult to get your money back. I saw the payment go from my a/c and emailed them to find out what it was and got a stock email back. Avoid.
