Product: Extra thick lenses that are confirmed to cause long-term health issues. Search reddit. Business: Sign up online in seconds, call and wait on hold for hours to cancel. Brand/Marketing: They have great marketing. Don't believe the hype, though, the product is dangerous and just used because folks are desperate for a cheaper vision solution in the US.

Terrible customer service! Kept charging after cancelled. It's been almost a year now and they won't stop emailing me after unsubscribing to their emails! And then MONTHS after I write this, they reply with their phone number, that I've called MANY TIMES to cancel! They never canceled my account, but I did cancel my credit card so they would stop charging me.

They lied- my prescription was denied from my doctor and they still sent me the contacts. They use outdated materials that is bad for your eyes. Like materials from 15 years ago. My eyes were a mess from them. DO NOT USE!!
