Worst experience ever. Done with you people.

Hi Victoria, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm sorry to hear that you did not have a good Hubble Contacts experience. I've had a chance to look into your email conversations with our team, and I can see that we responded to your requests, and have several email chains that end with us waiting for a response from you. It is for this reason that we are unable to issue replacement boxes or refunds for the orders that you have received and opened. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you are able to find a lens that works for you. If you have any questions or concerns, please send an email to my team at [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trust Pilot" and we'll get back to you ASAP. Thank you, Vanessa

Lousy. Many ripped, in container inside out and need turned. I continued to purchase for convenience, but was not happy. I also have astigmatism but was told (on recorded line) that they had a lens that was ok for me to wear. I wore Hubble for a long time, only to find out I need a toric lens they don't even carry. When my eye exam expired, they didn't notify me until I was left with no contacts. They sent tons of emails telling me to get an online exam, only to find out it could not be done at my age. They knew my age!! Thankfully I decided to get a full exam to find out I should have NEVER worn hubble to begin with. I repeatedly emailed and even called begging them to STOP contacting me!! And then today I get this. Well if I could give no stars I would.

Almost every box had 4-6 damaged contacts. They never did anything to fix the issue, just kept sending replacement boxes. The contacts cases were not sealed and contacts were dried up when I opened them. I paid $33-36 a month which it crazy expensive compared to what I’m doing now. The quality of the contacts was not good and you weren’t even getting a good deal.

No astigmatism contacts and it seems like they just keep going up on prices every once in a while

Some friction is right. They're not super comfortable. However the biggest problem is that they're packaged randomly, in other words half the time they're inside out. 3 bucks more than last year too.

I had to throw away a lot of contacts because they were uncomfortable.

When you need to put your subscription on hold, it becomes problematic. The app didn’t work, my phone cal didn’t stop it, and then when following their directions to return to sender, they still charge you shipping and then send another order. Once stopped, they started up my prescription without asking or notifying. Customer service is awful.

Hi Amber, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. I've had a chance to look into your tickets with our team, and I can see that there was a miscommunication about the "skip" function in the Hubble account. I have more information for you about the refund that you were issued--please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trust Pilot" and my team will provide you with an update. Best, Vanessa
