Very satisfied
Very satisfied. Makes it easy. I would like to modify my order to get more of the left eye and less of the right eye. Long story... 😀 Not sure how to do that. Maybe provide an 800 number? That’s minor though. It’s been a good solution for me. Thanks Hubble

difficult customer service
I have tried to cancel multiple times. The subscription was supposed to end when my prescription expired but they just keep coming and charging me.

My son almost went blind because of your contacts not very happy you guys use old material. Do not recommend at all

Trust worthy
Trust worthy, reliable! By the very end of the day, my eyes don’t feel dry. Wish the price did not spike up the way it did. Still happy with the product, not too happy about the price increase.

More than s few times I've had to call because contacts where not even shipped with no excuse. Poor way to run a business

Communication is a one way street here!
WORST communication between me and a company I give my money to. They don’t send you confirmation emails, when your orders are charged or sent and they also don’t send you tracking either. If they weren’t so fairly priced, i would honestly stop using this service. I had an order of contacts that were charged to my account and were supposed to arrive to me within two weeks (as usual) and never did. By the 4th week, I still hadn’t received the contacts or an email, tracking, anything! I had to contact them to find out there was some sort of shipping problem! The problem was resolved but it would be nice if they were more transparent and on top of what’s going on!

Thumb Grip is Essential
Hubble has worked really well for me. The contacts are comfortable and I like that they are disposable. The packaging is optimized with a thumb grip which makes a huge difference in how successful I am opening the lens pouch without losing the contact. I am an occasional lens wearer, generally seasonal, special activity or special occasion so I wish there were more options in delivery frequency. After a long day in the lenses, my eyes are ready for a break, they feel dry and I'll generally have some irritation that goes away after a night's rest. I chalk it up to the fact that I don't wear them frequently so my eyes aren't used to it.
