Man schaue sich mal die Accounts an die eine positive Bewertung abgegeben haben. Alles generische, englische Texte von neuen Accounts. Scamming!

Lenses didn't fit right and it my vision eas not as good as with the brand I usually get. They charge a restocking fee if you return a box. It's probably in the fine print.

Great when you want deliveries. When you try to cancel you have to go to the bank to stop payment or they will keep charging your credit card every month even when you send them back...

Hi Victoria, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm sorry to hear that you've had some confusion around the cancellation and returns process. I can see from our records that you have not contacted us via email or phone to speak with a customer support agent, nor have you signed into your Hubble account to adjust your delivery schedule. As stated in our Terms of Service, cancellation is done via phone call to our customer support team, who will gladly provide information about the return and refund process as well. Please contact us at 1-619-404-0542 between 9am and 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. Thank you, Vanessa
