Ok! So I tried them for a month. At first, felt fine. But after a month, you do feel your eyes more dry and you don’t want that! Because that’s where you get infections. So I stopped using them and bought my breathable daily lences ( that ARE expansive, for a reason haha!). I like to take some rest days from lenses and put my glasses all day. But I hate jogging with glasses! So as I still had a box of Hubble ( because they continue to shipped, canceling was a problem) I used them only for the run and take them put as soon as I get back. It’s cheaper than putting my expansive one for a run and throw them..! So - Do I recommand Hubble as your daily lences? NO! - Do I recommand Hubble from time to time for special occasion and not for a long time wear? I guess yes. Ps: Do your researchs about the Hubble contats. i have read that they are cheaper because it’s an old technology of lences and thats why its cheaper...

thought i could get some cheap contacts as don't often use them (only for sports etc), tried them thought the contacts were OK but the process of cancelling is bordering on fradulent. You have to ring them up and it takes ages, like phoning BT or another company like that. Dreadful

Absolutely terrible company impossible to cancel. I tried cancelling my subscription after a month as the contacts irritated my eyes no end but it was impossible. The phone number they give doesn’t exist and when I emailed them I received an automated email saying they would change my subscription to suit my needs BUT THEY DID NOT CANCEL IT. In the end I had to cancel my bank card to prevent them taking more of my money. I’m disgusted by this company. Avoid at all costs.

Yo personalmente estoy bastante contenta. Punto positivo: para mi ojo la lentilla va perfecta, no me molesta nada. La atención telefónica es muy rápida, en 4 minutos tienes todo hecho (959 87 32 47). Yo llamo, las pido y le digo que me cancele la suscripción. Punto negativo: tienes que estar llamando para activar y cancelar la suscripción cada vez que quiero lentillas.

El un fraude, tras una muestra y sin previa confirmación te envían el primer pedido, te lo cobran y es imposible darse de baja. No responden al mail. Un fraude!!!

I’ve been left without contacts several times (even before Covid) because they get stopped in the USPS Chicago distribution center inexplicably for sometimes several days and twice, several weeks. I am still waiting on the order I paid for May 8th. I am currently trying to cancel but they make it difficult. You have to call Mon-Fri from 9-5pm. Why haven’t they got a cancel button option?? As far as fit and comfort go, they’re not as good as Acuvue or other mainstream brands. Don’t waste your time with Hubble! Edit after response from Hubble: yes. I KNOW you require people to call on. BUT WHY? In this day and age you should not have to call in. And the hours to call in should not be so limited. The missing order was (hopefully) sorted out on my PHONE CALL to you a few days ago. Still waiting on the order to be delivered however (June 17, 2020)
