Absolute scam, forced to call a foreign number to cancel from Ireland. No online option and couldn’t do it over email. Customer experience is clearly of no interest to this company. I assume their profits are made from people who are unaware of the subscription, when people then realise they have, they then need to jump through hoops. I found the actual contacts dried out quickly and no where near as good as cheaper options such as day soft lenses.

You can't cancel the subscription online. It's 2020 you shouldn't have to call during work hours to get something canceled.

At first I was loving Hubble... Now I find the quality of my contact lenses has decreased. My eyes dry quicker, and they just don't feel the same quality as beforehand

Billed me for lenses today on an account which has lain dormant for 2 years, with no prior warning. Prescription (unsurprisingly) no longer suitable. Refusals to cancel in the past unless you call them, which not everyone is able to do, which they cannot seem to grasp. Update: your team have contacted me with a completely disatisfactory generic response. I have requested that a manager contact me. Further update: I have now had to chase a response from a manager after being ignored. This is not acceptable customer service.

Alucino con la cantidad de comentarios negativos que tiene esta empresa cuando yo llevo más de dos años recibiendo sus servicios sin el más mínimo problema. Igual que le pasaba a otra persona las cajas se me llegaron a acumular pues no todos los días las uso. Llamé y cambié la suscripción y sin problemas. Sus lentillas me van mil veces mejor que otras marcas que he probado. Esta claro que cada ojo es un mundo y lo que a mi me va bien a otro no tiene por que, pero en mi caso, tanto la calidad, el precio, como el servicio que da esta gente es de 10.

Necesito darme de baja ya , no quiero las lentillas mas no las necesito , porque nadie responde al email ni a las llamadas para darme de baja ?

Ordered the trial lenses, took over a month to arrive. That long that I completley forgot I had ordered them and just continued to order from my regular supplier. Auto-Charged £27 on the 14th of may, rang up and was advised that id have to wait till they arrived to be refunded? (how absurd), Unwanted contacts arrived on the 19th of may, shipped back no less than 3 hours later after speaking to an awful customer service rep who said there was nothing the could do for a refund that day and i'd have to wait weeks till they arrive in the Netherlands. And here we are today, 12 odd emails sent back and forth begging for a refund due to the circumstances I could really do with basically a weekly shops worth of money back during this pandemic. "No sorry you will have to wait". Here on the 9th of June, still no refund, no sympathy or help from customer services. Speaking to the bank at present, Hubble really take the p*ss
