They sent me my trial extremely late and within a few days of having the trial (which btw is absolutely trash quality dont waste your money there is a reason eye doctor's dont reccomend) they then charged my card not even halfway through my trial. Customer service doesn't care whatsoever and literally must get this concern constantly because they were incredibly versed with my exact situation as I was saying it. Please do not be fooled by great pricing. It is definitely a scam.

I keep getting charged for a contact subscription I canceled over 6 months ago. The contacts are horrible. They do not fit properly. Very dry and uncomfortable to wear for more than 2 minutes. They are not the correct size and prescription. I ordered once and cancelled once I discovered they were horrible. however even though I cancelled I have been getting emails monthly stating that my card was declined. And just so happened two months in a row they charged my card $40 for nothing because I have not even received shipment since my first order.

I had been wearing Hubble lenses for about 2 years, for the past 3 weeks my eyes have been really stinging. I went for a health check at my local opticians and they warned me not to continue wearing the lenses as they had been starving my eyes of oxygen which had made my blood vessels swell. If I were to continue wearing these lenses then the chances of going blind were very high! I would not recommend these lenses to anyone!!

I would not recommend as once you try the free trial they automatically bill you. Plus you can ONLY cancel over the phone, which is unfair as you initiated the trial online. Which means a hard sell over the phone when trying to cancel. Not customer or hearing impaired friendly to use only this option.

I love my Hubble contacts! I was skeptical at first because the price sounds too good to be true and of course they’re so many scammers now days but I can honestly say, so far it’s been the best self purchase I’ve made! I work 8-12 hours a day, 5-6 days a week and we have to wear a mask the entire shift.. Having to wear a mask with glasses was not fun! Thankfully I found Hubble and they were quick to ship! I would whole heartedly recommend Hubble to everyone!!

Where do I start. Horrible horrible customer service. Contacts even worse. I have been wearing contacts for going on 40 years. I recieved my trial pair 4 weeks later and found they already billed me 128.00 dollars for the next set of contacts. I tried on my trial pair ...... wrong prescription... curve was wrong .., dried out within an hour. Jumped through the hoops trying to resolve this issue. All I get is the runaround. Going on 3 months still no refund. I have now contacted a consumer advocacy group which is part of a global news station. Hubble is a company that shouldn't be allowed to exist...........

Very good and comfortable

This company is a scam. My eye doctor refused to give Hubble authorization for a prescription because my prescription had expired. Yet they shipped the contacts and charged me anyway. When I called to get a refund, they flatly refused and said my eye doctor approved the purchase and refused to acknowledge the eye doctor DID NOT provide authorization. In fact, when I spoke to my eye doctor again, they said even if my prescription was active they would not have provided authorization because Hubble's contacts are substandard and use manufacturing technology from the 1980s. It is clear this company is only looking to sucker people out of subscription money any way they can. I am not surprised to see so many poor reviews of the product much less how they treat their potential customers. THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY! STAY AWAY!
