No innovation, substandard quality lenses. Uncomfortable and very outdated materials and technology. Fake customer service names (all Christie, Cristy, Cynthia or Cindy) with copy-paste fake review replies. Modus operandi: Charge vast swathes of customers after they cancelled and refuse ANY refunds after doing this. Imprecise method of measuring eye shape and size too. Please go with lenses direct or other up to the minute providers of lenses. Cancelled in good time as moved to Spain for work - because I didn't answer follow up email trying to persuade me not to cancel, they still charged me two weeks later, still sent the package to the UK, and refused a refund unless I flew back to the UK and sent their poor quality product back which I had already cancelled. Told them after 12 email refund refusals to just keep the 27£ (which is what they are relying on you saying.) Order 570368 Good luck with Hubble...

Canceled my subscription and they STILL billed me. will not give me a refund after canceling for 3 months now. The overall product is cheap and very bad for your eyes.

I'm still wighting for this months order payed for them 2 weeks ago this is the 3rd time in 3 months this has happened not good.

Pedí las lentillas de prueba y no me vinieron bien, la cosa es que como para pedirlas te piden que te suscribas, 6 meses después sin enviarme previamente aviso ni recibo, me cargaron las lentillas. Al declinar el paquete me han dicho que tendría que esperar hasta dos meses para que me devolvieran el dinero. Cuando ni siquiera tuve en mis manos las lentillas. Son unos ladrones y trabajan muy mal. Incluso tuve que llamar yo a la empresa de transporte para que señalaran que rechacé el pedido. Ni siquiera te mandan número de seguimiento o empresa de transporte que trae el pedido. Encima un 902... Creo que es trabajo suyo solucionar este tipo de incidencias. No recomiendo.

Hubble is very intuitive to use. The contacts are really nice and feel great in my eyes. I like the automatic subscription aspect of Hubble, so I never have to worry about running out of contacts. I also like that I can easily skip a month if I have enough leftovers from the previous month. The few times I’ve had to reach out to customer service, they were positive and responsive in a timely manner. All in all, this is a great service. It does what I need and does it well.
