Después de 10 días usandolas puedo decir que son las peores lentillas que he tenido. Para ponerlas bien, pero tarde o temprano con algún movimiento del ojo y sin tocarme el ojo acaban moviendose, se salen del ojo o incluso alguna se pierde dentro del ojo (es una odisea sacarse una lentilla perdida en el ojo). No entiendo como pueden moverse tanto. No vuelvo a comprarlas

Hola Pedro, Muchas gracias por tu comentario y sentimos saber de tu experiencia. Cada ojo es un mundo, por lo que no todas las marcas funcionan para todos los ojos. Quizá el diámetro, curva base o grosor de nuestras lentillas no es lo que tu ojo necesita y por eso has tenido problemas. En cualquier caso, sentimos las molestias. Un saludo, Equipo Hubble.

Did not get on with these lenses. Tried using them for a while and my eyes never adjusted to them and I found them to be very dry and uncomfortable and fell out a lot and they also tore quite easily and got pieces stuck in my eye many times. After seeing the reviews I am not surprised that over a quarter of them are bad. Also tried to get the subscription cancelled for a long time, had to close my bank account in the end as the company were uncontactable. Would never purchase again. Poor lense quality and even poorer customer service! Only thing I can’t fault was delivery time 🤷🏽♂️

You may find that over-the-counter rewetting drops may be a relief for dryness, if it doesn’t work, please visit your eye care professional to evaluate the cause and determine the best way to increase your contact lens wearing comfort. Major scam! Had to call them to cancel it and the guy said he could only “pause my account until January of next year” and refused to cancel it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They will take your money and won’t give it back. I’m just lucky my account doesn’t have enough in it to make the transaction go through… HORRIBLE!

It seems like Hubble is not working great for you resulting into this cancellation that you have made which we totally respect. As a company who sells a product that's vital to a persons day to day needs, and is involve in it's overall health, we really don't force customers to stay with us, if someone is not happy or for any reason they wanted to cancel an account we totally do so right away. We do offer skipping options because we want to give alternatives to customers that just need a break from the subscription but we definitely don't force it especially if our lenses doesn't work for you. As for getting charge and not processing a refund, this is part of our policy since we deal with medical devices and we unfortunately don't accept returns. You may cancel anytime via phone call or email to avoid any unwanted charges. We would like to investigate what happen since you've mention that one of our customer service rep refused to cancel your account, and we definitely don't tolerate behaviors like that so please send us an email at [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trustpilot" so we can cancel your account and reprimand anyone who's not following company protocols. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star bloody rip off company well you can’t even call them a company tbh !! Refused a refund even though I had cancelled the subscription, my eyes felt dry and sore after using there contact lenses. They said I shouldn’t have opened the shipping box the contact lenses were in but how do you suppose to know what’s inside the box ! I hadn’t opened the contact lenses at all why should I they’re crap Please be careful with this company. They have taken money from my account and won’t refund !!

We totally understand the frustration and I am hoping I will be able to assist you with the best I can. I am sad that Hubble did not work out, but we can assure you that it's very easy to cancel with us, if you have a hard time reaching us via phone, you may always email us. And the reason why we asked customers not to open the shipping box it's because these are medical devices and is very prone to being damage when it's shipped. We have a free box for customers to try out so they would know if lenses would work or not so when you forgot to cancel before being charge, you know already what's coming. But we totally acknowledge what you are feeling towards our policy because situations like this do happen. I would like to apologize if we would not be able to process a refund for an open package since we have policies as well that we have to follow and this is all stated on our terms of service. I have been waiting 2 months for a refund despite sending back the contacts. I contacted Hubble the same day of using my trial contacts to tell them they were not the right prescription as I could not see out of them therefore asked to cancel my subscription, receive another full pack that charged me £27. So of course they were sent back, but still awaiting my refund!
