I am not sure how these lenses are. My lenses were lost and I received an empty box. Did not know how to contact customer service. Paid for something I never received.

Wish I could rate less than one star honestly, this whole experience has honestly upset me. Ordered once from Hubble contacts realised they weren’t for me and went to cancel my subscription only to realise I had to call them to sort it out. Whenever I called it never went through and eventually I forgot which is my fault. Then the subscription came through and I contacted them requesting a refund they said yes and I sent the contacts back UNOPENED, they sent one email saying my refund would be precessed eventually, ignored my emails after that asking and never received my refund. Ended up cancelling the next day or so I thought because now I’ve been charged again a year and a half later when originally I believed I cancelled it. I can’t even return the contacts because they’ve sent them to an address I no longer live at and haven’t since 2019 and one which literally no longer exists. I’ve now cancelled their authorisation through PayPal and not gone through the company since it didn’t work last time obviously. As I had such a terrible experience with their customer service before I’ve had to open a dispute in other means because I know I’m going to be duped out of my money again. Disappointing as I thought they were a great company originally.

My vision got worse from using these They also cancelled my subscription without telling me during the pandemic and I couldn't get to an eye doctor, didn't respond to my emails, then randomly restarted it three months later. Cancelled it without telling me again two months ago, then when I went to an eye dr and got better contacts (which were actually cheaper with the rebate), they told me I had a new account under my work email (don't know how they got that), and started charging me again. Refused to refund, even after shipping one of the orders to the wrong place. TLDR; dangerously low oxygen flow with these, which will degrade your eyesight, sneaky and highly unethical company. Will see if they actually stop charging me now.

We are so so sorry to hear that our lenses are no longer the best option for your eyes but we appreciate you for giving us a try, it's just sad that it did not end well. I understand that you might have a bad experience with us or our lenses but all lenses are brand specific and would not work for everybody, however we can assure our customers that we are selling quality lenses and will not degrade any eye sight as long as you are fitted with our brand. I believe we have people that are using us for quite some time but doesn't have the same experience since again, it would vary per eye. As for the charges, the best way to stop those is to cancel the account and we are very much willing to help you on that aspect since we don't want our customers to continue using us if our product doesn't work for them.
