Hi Billie, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are so sorry to hear about this, we totally respect your opinion towards us but we would like to let you know that Hubble's contact lenses are made by St. Shine Optical, a Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved manufacturer of contact lenses. The lenses are made with a hydrogel material called high-grade methafilcon A, and our daily contacts, or dailies, offers 55 percent water content, UV protection, and a thin edge. We can assure you that our lenses are made of great quality, but all lenses are brand specific so it would not always work for everybody. Hi, Kelly, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm so sorry to hear this subscription came as a surprise! After your first trial shipment of contact lenses, Hubble does become a subscription service if you don't decide to cancel - we make this information available on our website and during the sign-up process. The upcoming charge schedule is posted in the customer's HUBBLE account, as well as information for how to edit or skip orders in the schedule. I'd be happy to help you cancelling your subscription please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trust Pilot" and my team will get back to you ASAP. Also, so sorry that you have some trouble with the word HUB. The HUB is there to let you know when the lenses are inside out (when you can read it as HUB, the lenses are facing the correct direction and can be inserted). Best, Cristy

However we are so sorry to hear that our lenses is not working it's best for your eyes, I would recommend for you to contact your eye doctor if it's safe for you still continue using us, because as much as we want to have you longer, your eyes safety is the most important.
