Hola Paula, Muchas gracias por tu mensaje. Hubble Contacts es un servicio de subscripción de lentes de contacto, por lo que no disponemos de la opción de comprar lentillas de forma individual. En caso de necesitar cancelar tu subscripción siempre puedes hacerlo por correo electrónico en [email protected] o por teléfono en el 959 87 32 47 entre las 9:00 y 17:00 CET (Horario de Europa central), de lunes a viernes, excluyendo días no laborables y festivos. Nuestro equipo de atención al cliente siempre estará disponible para respolver cualquier duda que tengas. Mientras tanto, nos gustaría pedirte que re-considerases la valoración que nos has dejado, puesto que entendemos que lo que tienes son dudas sobre nuestros servicios en vez de una mala experiencia :)

We usually refer our customers to our sister company ContactCart if they need special lenses that we do not offer here in Hubble.
