I was a new customer. First I ordered a computer on flex pay. My order total was $146 something. They charged my card $165.34. Which was not what I was told I would be charged. I called and the customer rep said Oh we generally we tell customers to have an additional $30 on the card when purchasing ( i had a certain amount available for this purchase) . Well I ordered online and did not talk to a rep prior. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! Then Ok so I added additional money to my card. The next day I go to order the same thing.. They charged my credit card, then canceled my order, mind you they still took my money. I am SOOO HOT right now. So if I wanted to go else where to make a purchase , I can't.. I should have went to QVC as I always do but my husband was like try HSN... NEVER AGAIN!! If I could give a negative 10 I would!!

If I could give zero stars I would. HSN is a sorry excuse for a company, they have been holding onto my money for over a month due to a damaged item I received. The customer service is useless, noone wants to do their job....don't order anything from them BUYERS BEWARE

I ordered an item from HSN - they charged my card when in fact they item was not in stock and they didn't even know when the item would be back in stock. This was a Christmas present. They then told me that they could not refund my money. I feel that its false advertising if they don't actually have an item in stock but they took my money anyway. Very bad business practice and I will not be ordering from them anymore. The customer service supervisor was horrible and actually yawned when speaking with me.

To be fair I order things from HSN all the time and dont really have any problems with them except the fact that they have "Todays special offers" where the item is not even available and wont be available for a month. This is extremely frustrating!

now I know y I don't buy from then! I ordered a Cricut makers over the phone they said they had over 200 in stock. I received everything I order with the maker but not the maker I call yesterday 2 ask what was going on and y I didn't receive my product. they said I had 2 wait till the 1st and they would open up a claim bc the product wasn't in stock anymore and the lady was rude as hell on the phone. today I go on to see if it shipped out yet. they canceled my order with out me knowing. so I called and the lady was helpful I them talked 2 a supervisor how said I didn't get mine by my husband used the 1st time 15% off and they couldn't sell it for that much of a discount. so they canceled my order after they took my money and said it could be 7 days 2 get a refund. really I placed this order over the phone the lady on the phone gave me the discount so u take my money and cancel my order bc I got a good deal ad hold my money nope

I purchased a phone for my husband and checked him out as a guest. When it came, I liked the phone so I thought I would purchase one on my own. When I tried to purchase the phone it refused and asked me to call customer service. When I did I was told that I had to have my husbands permission to buy a phone on this credit card that was attached to this guest account. I have not heard of this stupidity since the early 60's. I will never and I would advise no one else to ever purchase anything from this company. This is ridiculous and an insult to myself and any other spouse who tries to shop at this organization

I can honestly say in the 20+ years I have been shopping online this is my first really negative experience. While watching the absolutely breathless presentation for a blendtec blender I was encourage to try the product because after all you can always return the item if you dont like it. What they fail to tell you is Blendtec does not participate in the easy return process at HSN leaving you to ship it back via the post office at a whopping $35.00 charge. Who would ever take the chance of ordering something and getting stuck with a return fee that high. Since I am a HSN customer I feel it is there responsibility to inform customers of this process up front. CS seems to think they have no responsibility because Blendtec chooses not to participate in the easy return process available. What garbage they know if they would tell you this upfront you would not order the produc. HSN would obviously rather risk losing customers to make a sale. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!!

I lived in a nursing home ordering things for family, and because I’m old HSN and the nursing home took Advantage of that I’m paying for things I never ordered and never received, when this is over I will never order anything from them. This is so sad, I bought a tablet for my niece that is my only family and I never received it and they told me it was delivered and the person that signed for it don’t even Exist, I will never from them again and I hope you won’t either. I called my bank and them and they was so rude. I had to put this review out because how many others are hurt by this. Don’t order from HSN or QVC or any other on the phone or online. Thank you, I’m writing this because I know my aunt never received her stuff and is still being billed. It’s so funny you have to have a e-mail address but you didn’t have to have one to take advantage of people
