Bad company unreliable. I bought king pro pressure cooker on offer. They took my money and it's over six weeks and still haven't received it. I emailed and called several times, getting no reply. I will contact my bank and seek legal advice . Very disappointed with their service.

what a load of a/holes this company is, I purchased a pressure king buy 1 get 1 free 30 days ago not heard a thing from them, ive sent email after email asking them to refund my money they are so ignorent, The customer services staff must just sit on their b/sides getting paid for nothing and use the money they dont refund to pay them with. I for one have had enough and will take them to court for fraud and every one else they have cheated out of their money should do the same and get these money launderers closed down

Omg!! Just read these reviews, what a mistake I made, paid this company £90 for cloud nine straighteners, never received them, now been waiting over 1 month, after reading these reviews I think I will be speaking to my bank and action fraud 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I recently purchased an Osmotics product, Prime 5 thru the HSN network. I have been using this product for a week now and am amazed how much better my skin looks. Prime 5 has made my skin look brighter and definitely more hydrated. Before using this product my skin looked dull and dry. So glad I was watching HSN and saw the beauty segment. I have found a great new product that makes my skin look great.

Twice, I have ordered one item from HSN. The second time, I only ordered from them because I couldn’t find my desired product elsewhere. The first time, I ordered one item and approved payment thru PayPal for one item. They sent and billed for 3 items. The second time, I made sure I didn’t order anything recurring - only one item/one time payment - and they sent and charged for four. They have different billing names they use to somehow fool PayPal. HSN sends an email confirmation right after you order, showing the correct number and the correct payment - and then within 24 hrs- they send about 3 more emails, using a slightly different corporate name - like HSN1 or HSN LLC. When you are busy and glance at emails, you think it’s just part of the order confirmation, shipping, tracking process that every legitimate company uses. But no - they are actually creating as many additional orders as they think they can get away with. I have blocked them on PayPal now, and have sent a dispute to PayPal. Getting thru to HSN customer service online or in person is a never ending circle to nowhere. Do NOT order from this company.

Purchased 3 DigiLand 9" tablets last year for over $300.....was having trouble with cord on one...called HSN customer service ....of no help..gave me phone number for this unknown company ....repeatedly tried calling....kept putting call into VM ...left message..no call back! Called HSN for help...of no use...would not help ....THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED AND NASTY.....WILL MAKE NO FURTHER PURCHASES WITH THEM.....HSN!!!!!!

By far the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY. I bought a 2-pack of laptops, upon delivery one was broken. I called customer service and was advised that I had to return both for a refund. I explained I didnt want a refund I wanted the broken one replaced. Using the enclosed return label I did just that. 10 days after their website showed they received it I had not heard back from them. Finally got through and was told I had sent it to the wrong place and they would have to find the broken computer and send it back to me so I could send it to the right place(this could take an additional 7 days just to find it) WHAT A JOKE!!! Have ordered for the last time from this poor excuse for a company!
