HSN, Inc.Reviews of hsn.com

I purchased 18 ring camaras from HSN. First of all they put me thru the ringer to place my order. Because of the large order same was cancelled (I wish I would’ve known better). I placed it again and received my shipment. Throughout the entire day while these ring camaras aired HSN spoke so highly about these camaras and their battery life. Over and over again they advertised that batteries (Since these were wireless) had a 6 month life span. NONE of my camaras work. The life of these batteries is 2 days at the most. Within 2 days the battery is drained and the camara is dead. Don’t trust what they advertise. I’m going to be 7k into these camaras by the time I finish buying solar panels for each and everyone of them. These were also gifts to my mom and sisters. I highly guard their well-being and security. HSN does not stand behind what they sell. Spoke to a Sherry today. She’s supposedly a CS supervisor. At end of conversation she said there was nothing she could do for me and suggested I get a confirmation number next time I call ring. DO NOT buy from HSN. They false advertise

I came here to write a review about HSN because every time I try to write a review on the HSN website, oddly, I keep getting an error message (mmmph, how convenient for them). Needless to say, I'm going to let everyone know on Trustpilot - hopefully, I'll save SOMEONE some frustration. The fact that I have given two stars is for satisfactory shipping. So, I purchased two HP laptops for my grandsons for Christmas. These are the worst laptops ever invented! They take FOREVER to turn on; every time you turn them on, they need to download updates (EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU TURN THEM ON!!! IT'S RIDICULOUS) and the updates take forever! Then, there are all kinds of pop-ups (not from outside advertisers, but from within the computer itself) asking all kinds of ridiculous questions that have nothing to do with the task at hand - just annoying stuff, CONSTANTLY! My grandsons have tried to play Roblox on them and they hate it because the computers lag and I've noticed that it lags ALL THE TIME just with normal use; when you strike a key, you can literally count to five before anything happens! Then, today, I was trying to print a document from my email and in order for the document to print, it had to open Word (for some reason) but Word wouldn't open until I entered a "Product Key" but I never received any information from HSN about a product key! This is ridiculous! Every time my grandsons or I try to use these lame laptops, there is ALWAYS some delay! It is soooo different from my MacBook which you can just turn on and start doing whatever you need to do. Please heed my advice and DO NOT PURCHASE THE HP LAPTOP from HSN or from anywhere else - they are not efficient computers! Save yourself endless frustration and get a real desktop or any Apple computer product! Edit: so I'm just now finding out that there is no software like Word included in this laptop which is needed to do simple tasks like printing emails! This laptop is totally useless!!!

I ordered a tablet and I attempted to use new customer $20 credit. I tried three times and each time at checkout the price had gone to the original before the credit was applied. When I tried to ask them about it they said they can't fix it but here's $10 for a future purchase. Obviously I didn't trust that so I asked about returning the item and they said I'd have to pay for return shipping. This company's customer service is beyond unfriendly and insulting. I cancelled the transaction thru PayPal and I will have no future dealings with HSN.

So I saw something on TV that I wanted and I went to the website to make a purchase, an error message popped up and just vaguely said to contact customer service, the customer service rep claimed that I didn't answer the security questions in a previous phone call but I was never asked the security questions. Then he said that they were unable to accept my email address and didn't say a reason why, then he wanted me to create another email address which I thought was shady. They pretty much refused service. Avoid this company Qurate Retail Group which also owns QVC.

I only picked 1 star because I had to pick 1 but I really wanted to give them a minus 0.. I ordered a suit for my granddaughters wedding got the top no bottom so customer service said return that and they would send another complete suit. and they sent the wrong suit the wedding is a week away never will I order from them again..wish I had read these reviews before I ordered...🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

We just purchased an RCA Pro Tablet from HSN May 2019. After receiving it and setting it up, we contacted our cellular provider to activate the HSN tablet on our cellular account. ATT told us to switch out the SIM card. Much to our dismay there was no SIM slot on the RCA. ATT advised us the tablet was WiFi only, which meant we were using a product that was only usable on unsecured WiFi since we have no dedicated WiFi service where we live which was NEVER mentioned by the HSN Huskers on their infomercial. HSN would not be able to sell their crap if they were honest. They hope most people that purchase their crap won't understand "unsecured" and use it at their peril. You watch these CARNY folks on HSN infomercials and they go through the Switch & Bait process so fast you don't get to spend anytime on the important details. They like to lull in into a sense of trust to follow the bouncing ball to order the product because we're telling you the whole truth and nothing but the truth. We're STUCK with the additional add-on's we purchased with this HSN RCA Tablet. Talked to an HSN Supervisor June 9,2019 at 9:45am. He defended HSN's Infomercial not having to tell the BUYER all the facts. He stuck to this position during our 30 minute conversation arguing that it was not HSN's responsibility to advise the prospective customer regarding the limited unsecured connectivity. Buyer Beware should be their MOTO.

I placed my first order on a Friday and then I got an email saying that I needed to verify my information. Firstly, he assumed I was a female when I am male, 2nd he didn't ask any information of me at ALL! He asked for my phone number and said it wasn't on my account. I had called to place the rep put my area code wrong by one number, 3rd the guy had the worse attitude and was like "I find reason to believe you are not who you say you are because my sources show you as 90 years old" and then starts laughing! If you see your "sources," I'm in my late 20s!!! When I called the lady asked for my SS and DOB to see if I qualify for the credit card which was fine so that alone shows my DOB, age, sex, etc. The guy was beyond rude and was like "well I'm canceling your account and your account is goooonne! Ok?" I have never ever been spoken to the way he spoke to me. I then tell him how did he verify my information when he didn't even ask for anything, and he continued to to say "well, I don't believe you. Your orders canceled and I get the final say and I say no. So I have nothing more to say to you so have a good day." Then he hung up I me. I am beyond appalled by this! I'm glad I'm not doing service with them. I'm glad I'm getting my money back. Looking at the reviews, I would have probably got a defective 2nd hand pice of crap anyways. I requested a supervisor to call me so I'm going wait on that and I hope that guy gets fired! Not professional, rude, and awful company all together. Beware! I'm glad I didnt start with this company.

Never received the item I paid £85.99 for nor any communication. Emails not replied to phone calls ignored. Going through bank to retrieve my cash. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole.
