Purchased a ring and the stone fell out after 5 months. When asked if they could repair. was told to go have someone else replace stone. will never purchase anything from Home Shopping Network again

Unfortunately, there appears to be a disconcerting pattern of problematic transactions and substandard customer service with this company. Sadly, like numerous other consumers, I was also a victim of unprofessional and potentially unlawful business practices including unacceptable and unsatisfactory customer service. Fortunately, HSN violations can be reported to the Federal Trade Commission who will enforce penalties for confirmed merchant violations perpetrated against consumers. Additionally, consumers can initiate with their credit card company a dispute claim / chargeback for a problematic transaction. Shame on HSN corporate and Qurate Retail Group (their parent company) for failing to ensure consumers are recipients of quality and lawful customer service!

Nothing but good things to say about my experience with HSN. one of their vendors kind of gave me the run around on a warranty but HSN. took care of it they stand behind their customers.

Ordered air filter to have for family visiting...going each day to post office..nothing...finally called hsn only to be told oh it is delay ship wi t receive for at least a month or more...never notified...and. ever told when purchased of any delay..was told I would get in one week...I will not be ordering from them again nor would I trust them...I am forced to rush buy what i can find local...

Was looking forward to Beekman's newest pear scent product and bought the special that was guaranteed for delivery by Mother's Day. It arrived 2 days after and although the packaging and deal was excellent, there is NO pear scent. Light floral- but nominal and NOTHING about it is pear. Also got the lavender body cream- that has a wonderful scent...what happened on one that was supposed to contain pear??????

Trying to sell apple MacBook air 13”. Was just going to buy. Claim price is $1399 but now on sale for $1149.99!!! I bought same laptop direct from Apple for $800 +!!!!!!! ( minus clip case) They appear so sincere as they are ripping people off. Fraud with a smile

Attempted to order item this morning on web page. Said that I needed to call so I did. On hold 3 minutes. Not bad. Rep told me that I couldn't use my credit card. In my name. because they showed it under spouses name (?). Nope my name my card. Wouldn't take my order. So too bad for them!!
