Placed an order 4 days ago , was due to be delivered today . I got an email from HSN that they have issued an refund , why ? I called and they stated that UPS wasn’t able to deliver . I called UPS , they stated the items was never shipped , never scanned into their system . I called HSN again and they said they don’t know , they have no more information for me but that I should be getting a refund in 72 hours . I said I don’t want a refund , can I just re order , they said “nope it’s sold out” f@&cking great ! She was so rude !

I placed an order on their site and had different billing and shipping addresses. Once I hit place order, the confirmation page showed that the shipping and billing addresses were the same. Clearly there's some glitch in their site that messed something up. & Yes, I'm 100% the addresses were correct before I hit 'Place Order'. So I talked to customer service right away to try and change the shipping address but they said no, we can't change it, you have to cancel it. But I used a coupon that's only valid for your first order, & they offered absolutely nothing helpful. Just cancel it. So I guess I'm just SOL. Gee thanks HSN. Luckily I will be able to get my items eventually..... but still annoying that it won't be shipped to the correct place and it's their website's fault.

My fiance bought me a grill for Father's Day. She thought it would work with natural gas but it doesn't. They wouldn't take it back because it was a coupe weeks over 30 days. The box was never even opened! She spent a fortune with HSN, but no more...truly disgaceful service and no way to treat a good customer!

Ordered LED strip light sets of 4. Only returns or on air merchandise left and they offered it almost half price so I ordered two sets. I thought I was safe because the disclaimer stated they check all merchandise and it is in good working condition. HOGWASH. I received two crushed boxes. One set was in good shape but the second set was just thrown in the box. Wires,remote, light strips and sticky tape all bouncing around after someone returned it. The light strips were all sticky from the tape that was never removed by QVC upon return inspection.A few pieces of mounting strips and metal holders were missing and one of the lights did not work. Horrific Quality Control. Yes I was not expecting perfection since it was advertised as a return but I thought there would be SOME sort of quality control,Shame on me. This was my first purchase from HSN and it will be my last. Goodbye forever.

So I decided to order this beautiful ring that shined like a diamond. Advertised as having a window effect on the Home Shopping Network. 42 dollars was the total cost because I was getting this high quality ring in a special offer. When I opened the box I found a ring that resembled something you would expect to get out of a five and dime bubble gum machine. The metal was light weight,like tin and the ring was like dull glass. I returned it back the same day, with the quickness, just to find out that when you make a order and return the item they take 7 dollars and if you bought into their pitch,as I did, to purchase insurance they keep that money also. I received 26 dollar back to my charge card when it was all said and done. 42 dollars paid out-26 dollars paid back. What a Scam! I ended up paying 16 dollars to try one of The Home Shopping Networks lousy products. Don't Waist Your MONEY or TIME.

I placed and order in March. Two days before delivery I received a email, it was canceled. I called and was told technical issues. I reordered the item, again two days before delivery another email, same issues. I ordered a third time, same thing and this time they were not giving me my 10.00 off my order (had a coupon). This company doesn't have answers only excuses. they are terrible. I would never recommend shopping there. I also have a hsn card, never used. only have used my bank card. They don't deserve a one star for recent experience. Stay away from HSN go to Amazon and get free shipping.

I had moved since my last order, and I couldn't change the address online. I called and changed the address and placed the order for a $184 item. They sent it to my old address and now it will take several days to process a refund. Totally disappointed in such incompetence. Find somewhere else to shop!

I ordered Beekman 1802 All Purpose Cleaner and it is not a good product for cleaning a oven and pots and did not work for me so i have to return it. This is a new product that need some more work. The demonstration on TV was so easy but disappointing when you start to use it.
