Would give a 0. Seems very like a scam. Bought the contract paid for 1 year was suppose to do 3 years in payments. Called to have a/c fixed. Broken for 11 days. Kept calling. No one usually answered. If I got someone (sales the only ones that answer) the would immediately transfer to another dept that did not answer. Asked for a supervisor call back, no one called. Also reported trouble with sprinkler. Contractor called and home services told her I was responsible for the whole bill. I told her I was only responsible for my deductible. She could not get a hold of them to check what I was saying. She said she was calling for days and got no answer. She would not come out until she could find out what to do with bill. Stay away from this service! Seems like a scam!

I was using another company when I learned of the policies from the Home Service Club. It was the prices that convinced me to go with them and the first time I needed to call in my policy convinced me that I made the right switch. Unlike the other place, HSC has excellent customer service and professional contractors!

I was shopping around for some extra coverage on my house. The Home Service Club had reasonable prices and more importantly the most promising reviews. The young lady that sold me my policy wasn’t being pushy and I felt that she had my best interests at heart.

I’ve had to call servicing with the Home Service Club once so far about a problem with my washing machine. I just finished a load of laundry and when I needed do a second one, it just wouldn’t work. The man they sent fixed it right there. I’m so glad I have a policy with them!

I needed to call in my policy with the Home Service Club because of water dripping from the ceiling. They sent an intelligent plumber and his assistant. Together, they managed to find and fix the leaky pipe! And they cleaned up after themselves also!

The AC was running but something was wrong as two bedrooms, both on one side of the house, were not cooling and I didn’t understand why. I called in my policy with the Home Service Club and they sent out an AC Specialist. He discovered a problem with the ductwork and took care of the problem!

I couldn’t figure out what was the problem with the lights in my patio. Fortunately, I have a policy with the Home Service Club and they sent out a very competent electrician. It took him a few hours but he the found and fixed the lighting problem!

I’ve been a happy customer of the Home Service Club for 9 months now. In that span of time I’ve called in my policy three times now, and each time I’ve spoken to wonderful representatives and had my problems repaired by professional contractors. This is a great company!
