I called the Home Service Club to let them know that my dishwasher was not washing dishes. They sent a contractor out who ran some tests and of course to him, it was working just fine but I explained that dishes were not being washed, which I demonstrated. The contractor was very puzzled and logged it as that it needed to be replaced not repaired. Thanks to HSC, I got a new dishwasher!

I put in a claim with the Home Service Club. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working properly. In fact, it stopped running altogether when the contractor they sent showed up. He said the motor was shot and that it needed to be replaced. I was concerned if the expense was covered and when I called, I was assured it was. Thank you so much HSC

Our hot water heater was messed up! Gallons upon gallons of water was filling up the garage and out into the street. I placed the call with the Home Service Club and explained this emergency to them. A contractor and his assistant showed up and assessed the situation, finally concluding that the unit needed to be replaced. Thank you HSC!

I have a policy with the Home Service Club and so far I have had to use the service twice. The first time was when I had a broken pipe. They sent over a plumber and he was quite the handyman. The second time was when the dishwasher died. That repair took a few days as there were parts that needed to be ordered.

I made a service request to the Home Service Club because one of the valves in the shower started leaking very badly. When the serviceman arrived, he carefully explained to me what he needed to do in order to make the appropriate repairs, which was to basically cut a hole in the drywall to access a pipe. Although he fixed the leak, I had to wait a day for another contractor to come out to fix the hole. I’m happy with HSC!

When my heater decided not to heat the house anymore, we called HSC. Since we have a warranty with them, they sent out someone for repair. We only had to pay our deductible. I am so glad that we have this warranty.

I bought a policy with the Home Service Club about a year ago and this was my first experience with making a claim as my AC was making a horrible sound! They sent the AC Repairman out who reported to me that the bearing on the fan was not secure and as a result the top of the housing was badly cracked. I took about a week since he had to order new replacements but he got it fixed!

I am so glad I accepted it because three months after the closing, the AC System went out. A contractor came and determined that the problem was with the outside unit. It took him a couple hours and I know he left at least once to pick up a part or two, but he got it working!
