I am just getting started, It took me a long time to get started with HouseJet. Me being a part-time realtor was limited in my financial ability to jump on board. The HouseJet set up has been smooth. I was able to follow the step by step instructions and set my website and set up my marketing/branding material. I just downloaded the script to use. I am looking forward to going from struggling agent to top agent with the assistance of HouseJet.

Terrible As soon as I paid no help or guidance Asked for refund but refused So I proceed to sign up First lead given to me was an email address of an employee When I asked why I was given an employee’s contact information, I was told that it was a test run Yet they counted as one referral Next one I contacted and she was not interested After a week I got one lead But the profile was locked So in three weeks That is all I got

For most of my general real estate career, I’ve relied on referrals from family and friends, but that only allowed me to attain a mild degree of success and income. I’m so happy to have found House Jet. I believe my real estate career now is about to Take Off with House Jet’s referrals and with their help, support and training!!!

Thank you very much for this opportunity, I truly did not understand the magnitude of professionalism of House Jet. The University, the Marketing tools, the Support, and the overall lead generation is above and beyond with helping with success. I am truly sorry that I failed and did not convert any leads. The training is top level, the communication is top level. I have no bad words to share, I have all positive compliments to spread. I began using HouseJet in Oct., 2022 (difficult timing as interest rates continued to increase). For my market, which is a coastal retirement and vacation home market, the leads were typically cool in that people clicked on a pretty picture (very similar to fb leads I generated, but at least I did not have to pay for). Pros include that they assist with follow-up including setting-up appointments, provide user-friendly CRM, lead generation, and good customer service. Major con for me was tying up $1,000 until first closing or requesting a refund after a year. I did request a refund and it was promptly addressed. To my surprise, the deposit was returned. I continue to work the leads even though I didn’t have a closing in the first year. Management took into account that it was a tough environment with interest rates and that I had done my part in thorough follow-up. Fortunately, the leads are getting warmer as market conditions improve. I am glad that HouseJet worked with me during a challenging market and look forward to generating return for the investment of time and energy.

Just starting this journey with Housejet. I’m liking what I’m hearing so far. The Speaker is very knowledgeable, and I love his enthusiasm!

Everything looks good so far. I can see myself doing all the things that they are recommending and increasing my business. Looking forward to receiving my first lead and taking it to the closing table.

Fantastic start-up procedure online as well as phone calls from support staff letting me know they are there to help. Look forward to a long prosperous future together.
