Market Maker gives me all the tools I need to have more time to focus on the business and not have to be in the field all the time. I like to work smarter, not harder and this system covers almost all my needs which in turn gives me more freedom to do what I love, sell houses and spend time with my family.

This company send you trash leads with numbers that are not working then they try to blame you for not converting those "leads"

If I could rate this company a zero I would. I was told that they used click funnels to scrub leads. I was looking for that kind of service. They do not. For 1400 a month they run ads on google asking people if they want a free value of their home. So you get people that don't want to sell. I asked them to change the ad to say If you want to sell contact me for a valuation of your home. They wouldn't. When I called to see how to add it to Facebook I was told that was only for buyers. I was told in the first consultation that the ads would be on Facebook. I should have known this was a scam when I first clicked the landing page when I signed us. I clicked the page and didn't fill out anything. I got a text back with my husband's info on it. The only problem was he passed away in 2014 and was never on title. I started calling the leads myself. Out of all of them that I called, They didn't want the service, they were renters, they never signed up for the service and 1 was in the hospital with a stroke. I then asked them to remove the ad and not charge me anymore. They do not have permission to charge my card but are insisting they will on March 8 because they need a thirty notice. I do not want these ads out ruining my reputation, but they are still insisting I need to go into April with them. I have put a stop payment on my card. Run the other way from this company, they are not worth the money.

I subscribed for 3 months and was unhappy. There is a "guarantee," but so far the company has been unresponsive. I could handle the rest if there was *any* communication or response. Im just here, dead in the water, having spent thousands of dollars. The company appeared to do part of what they said they'd do. We received 0-3 scheduled phone calls per week. Most appointments were no shows, and out of those we were able to get a hold of, many were either confused about why we were calling, or not even close to being a buyer or seller. For example, someone looking for a low income apartment, or someone moving out of the city. At the end, we would have had better luck making cold calls to any random number in the phone book. After several months of my team calling, we immediately ruled out all but 2-3 leads. And they were soft leads. [Update 2023: it only got worse from there. Confirmed this with a few other agents on a fb group who had tried it out. Luckily they let me out after being persistent and messaging the same people repeatedly.]

TRUE SCAMMERS! poor leads, phoney appointments! they say they have money back guaranteed. They have 90 days money back guaranteed where they make you stay with them 90 days minimum. At the day 80, they contacted me and when they found out I was planning to cancel after 90 days, he encouraged me to cancel immediately. Then they said the money back guaranteed has a minimum 90 days and i was with them for 80 days only. They charged me $5000 and when I canceled due to their horrible lead and appointment quality, they disappeared ! they completely disappeared and ignored many calls and emails I sent them. VERY VERY BAD COMPANY TO WORK WITH! They are Thieves! SAVE YOUR SELVES MONEY AND TIME AND AVOID THEM

Signed up and asked about cancellation, was told I had to give 30 days notice, which I did. Was still charged $1,497 even though I gave 30 day notice, all in email format. They are excellent when they are signing you up but a ghost when you cancel. Not even answering emails. Will start calling next week. Leads did not work for ME
