AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I was with them for a year and they failed to produce any sort of qualified leads. They do not do what they promise. They promised a minimum number of workable leads, yet over the course of the year, they only generated 25% of that number and none of those were legitimate buyers or sellers. You basically get bogus contact info or people without any income or assets wanting to know if they could buy... To add insult to injury, they do not stand behind their "Money Back Guarantee" and refused to refund my money despite the fact that I followed their instructions. They will tell you anything you need to hear in order to get you to sign up and take your money. You're better off buying lottery tickets than you are generating real estate business from their platform.

Hello Greg, periods of inactivity and not following up with leads turn off the ability for you to generate new leads which happened more than once for long periods of time. Many of our clients find success when they follow up with their referrals with a quick response time and no month gaps. We also ask agents to provide their MLS transaction list to receive their money back after 12 months. This was denied by you so we could not verify if you closed on any of the referrals provided. You have been granted access to continue to work with your current referrals inside of our system with our tools.

My last review was 5 Star but now it's 2. I mentioned being new and just getting started. I was wowed by the technology. I hoped that they would live up to their sales pitch. I wasn't supposed to get the deal that I got. Thank God I asked for it in writing. I have had two unpleasant conversations. Both gals talked over me and didn't spend time listening to understand my question. So quality control is needed. This system could work but their training needs much attention. From day 1, I have had a help ticket in for a glitch that they have not been able to fix. I got a reply saying that they are short-staffed. I'm sad, hopefully, I've not been scammed.

Don't bother! All sounds good in the beginning then they hit you with 3600.00 tech fee and set up. All of the items they say you are getting for free if you are affiliated with a good brokerage you should already have, such as good training, a CRM etc...

We do our best to provide tools exclude to our platform such as social branding, lead gen, rev-share with downline, Stock Sharing (Coming soon), exclusive CRM Tools, and In-depth training to get to 1 Million in revenue yearly from someone who has already done it. We do request this upfront cost to help offset our initial costs for getting someone set up. We do find that some agents do not use the program so having to front all of our costs and get nothing back isn't in our best interest. We provide a lot of resources for agents.

I spoke with with a representative with House Jet, whom was really professional, and knowledgable. One comment on here stated false advertising, which is true. They don't disclose there is an upfront fee, until you speak with them. If their product is so good, and they give it back after the first closing, why do they even have it? My opinion, after being in real estate many years, if it sounds too good to be true it isn't true. Use that money to market on your own, farm, sphere, newsletter, and word of mouth advertising. Good luck, I'm passing on this, for I don't see any reviews on these leads, leading to something.

As for closings, we would be happy to send you all of the referral checks received over the past few months along with videos of our happy agents who've received closings.
