Worked the leads for about 12 months. Didn't get any closings. only one warm lead unfortunately but still working with them. Extended my contract for 6 months to give it another go. I do like their system and that their team helps with follow up. Hoping to close something soon.

House Jet actually has an upfront fee that they don't mention in the adds they run. All that is mentioned in the adds is agents pay a referral fee at closing. House Jet will want just over $3500 to get started and then later will pay it back to you. So not really a pay at close partner.

HouseJet is a real estate site that has a lot of potential. The real estate search engine is easy to use and has a lot of detailed real estate listings for my area, from a wide variety of budgets. The website’s blog offers a robust wealth of information surrounding the topic of real estate. But, as a user, I don't see the differentiating factors that would influence me to use this over other real estate websites. There are references on the site to being different than "Big Wall Street Tech," but I'm not really finding what that means to me as a consumer when they are both essentially offering the same thing, direct access to local real estate agents. They may be "local area experts," but what does that mean to me? Am I saving money on HouseJet compared to other platforms? Are there more listings here that aren't on the other websites? I see that the site proclaims offering the "best advice available," but what does that mean in practice? A solution that could differentiate it from other platforms may be adding more examples of human experience to the site. For example, the "About Us" screen offers a sea of faces that don't get much into the story of each person. It would be nice to see the story of the CEO and why he started HouseJet, to give me some insight into the people that I'm supporting by using this website instead of other sites. Also, it could be good to add some testimonials so people could see what getting the "best advice available" could translate to in practice. It could also offer a feeling of community that comes from being involved with the website and using it. Solidifying the sense of connection and community with the CEO, local area experts, and other users of HouseJet may be what sets it apart long-term in an industry that's often trading in human connection for immense AI usage. I'm excited to see how HouseJet is going to grow and revolve from this point. Great start!

well it is starting off a bit sloe However after speaking to my advisor at house jet he assures me it will get better, I just received a appointment for Monday Im hoping its a home run

I’m trying to be steadfast on the program but I have received 15 leads and I’d say 4 are the wrong number of not the owner of the number. I think the thing I’m most mad about is the price paid seems to be all over for different agents. One pays 1900 one pays 2900. I think that may be based on how long you hold out to join. But seems a bit shady now that I’ve seen so many written reviews. The training isn’t bad the other things it offers are nice. Do I feel a bit played …yes. I wish I could go back and not do it for sure there are so many BBB reviews and agent posts I wish I would have seen. I just really hope I can a few conversions to cover what I paid anything else is gravy!!! Look everywhere read everything you can before you front the money.

I spoke with with a representative with House Jet, whom was really professional, and knowledgable. One comment on here stated false advertising, which is true. They don't disclose there is an upfront fee, until you speak with them. If their product is so good, and they give it back after the first closing, why do they even have it? My opinion, after being in real estate many years, if it sounds too good to be true it isn't true. Use that money to market on your own, farm, sphere, newsletter, and word of mouth advertising. Good luck, I'm passing on this, for I don't see any reviews on these leads, leading to something.
