The woman I met with completely misrepresented this company and what they would provide. I receive leads for several weeks after signing up. Most did not answer the phone. The ones that did said they never initiated an inquiry. I followed up with every lead they have sent. All of them just say they were generated through facebook. Any agent can set up their own facebook ad. Not one lead was verified. I would certianly not recommend this company.

I wish there was a zero-score option
I wish there was a zero-score option. This is a complete and utter scam and fraudulent company. Their 12 month money back guarantee will never happen as they make sure you don't complete some phantom training that was never available or disclosed when you started the program. This scam artist of a company will find a way to make sure they weasel out of ever providing you a refund. As for the leads they provide, it is utter garbage. 99% of the leads either never answer or if they do, have no idea who housejet is or don't have a need to buy a home. Most don't speak English and have no income or ability to buy a home. Even the dialers that housejet uses rarely can reach these leads. Don't believe any of the empty promises these scams artists sales rep make when you apply for their program as it is all fabricated nonsense. If you are seeing this, run away and never sign up with this horrible lying scum of a company.

**Realtors Should Carefully Investigate…
**Realtors Should Carefully Investigate HouseJet Before Paying**
I paid HouseJet approximately $3,000 for its real-estate lead-generation service. In my experience, the service did not provide the qualified leads, business results, or value I reasonably expected.
HouseJet has refused my refund request. Its response states that I failed to provide the documentation required for a formal refund review. Ending future billing is appreciated, but it does not resolve my complaint concerning the approximately $3,000 already paid or my dissatisfaction with the leads and service I received.
When I first researched HouseJet, I recall seeing a Trustpilot rating in the high four-star range. As of September 16, 2026, Trustpilot displays the following warning on HouseJet’s profile:
“This company’s rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines.”
Trustpilot also states:
“We’ve removed a number of fake reviews for this company.”
These are Trustpilot’s published statements, not accusations created by me.
Because HouseJet has declined to resolve my refund request, I intend to continue documenting and truthfully sharing my firsthand experience on other reputable consumer and real-estate-industry platforms. These may include the Better Business Bureau, Capterra, Software Advice, LinkedIn, Realtor forums, and appropriate real-estate professional groups.
This is not a threat or an offer to remove reviews in exchange for payment. I am exercising my right to provide accurate consumer feedback supported by my records. I will distinguish my personal experiences and opinions from independently verifiable facts and will allow other Realtors to evaluate the information for themselves.
I encourage real estate professionals to examine HouseJet’s contract, lead-quality representations, refund requirements, independent reviews, and Trustpilot’s current warning before purchasing.
This review reflects my personal experience and opinions. Realtors should conduct their own due diligence and make their own informed decisions.

Realtors - RUN!
What a waste of money! The leads are Horrible! I get people who are 80, not real or dead! Any I get that are real, they have no clue why I am calling, not looking to buy a home or sell. They are a bunch of scammers. THEN, you pay all this money and you can't get your leads (or see what happened with them) after your trial for their CRM runs out. They want you to pay more money for that! TOTAL SCAM!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

It appears there may be some confusion regarding access. You can fully access all referral-generated leads and their timelines without additional features. As for marketing, we’re happy to review how the leads were generated and what each lead engaged with, as every Referral Marketing lead has directly engaged with the campaign. We encourage you to reach out to the support team.

⭐ 1 Star
⭐ 1 Star — $1,500 Wasted. I Would Not Recommend.
I paid $1,500 for HouseJet leads and did not get one legitimate client.
In my experience, many of the leads were not viable real estate prospects. I received wrong or non-working phone numbers, and several people I reached said they had signed up by mistake or were not interested in buying or selling real estate. These were not simply leads that failed to convert—the quality of the leads I received was the problem.
I have been a successful real estate agent for years and have closed many leads, so I understand that not every lead converts. That was not the issue here.
When I asked for a refund, I was told I did not qualify because I had not made eight contact attempts for every lead. In my opinion, the refund requirements are structured in a way that makes it extremely difficult to qualify for a refund—especially when some phone numbers are invalid or people say they signed up by mistake.
After spending $1,500 and getting no legitimate business, I was essentially told to continue working with the company until I eventually closed a deal, and then I could get my money back.
I feel like HouseJet took my $1,500 and left me with nothing of value in return. In my opinion, it was a complete waste of money. I would not spend another dollar with this company and strongly caution other agents before giving them their money. Alexa K

We’re sorry the review of your account determined that the required refund conditions were not met. We did advise that you could appeal the decision if you believed the information was incorrect so we could investigate further, but multiple conditions were not met. We also want to clarify that your account remains eligible for a refund through closings, and we offered the option to continue receiving new opportunities.

DO NOT USE!
DO NOT USE!! Run the other way. They are not a referral company and if they manage to generate leads they are junk. All responses from support are canned. They certainly do not work to improve and hold up their end of the false commitments they make.

We understand your frustration, but it’s important to note that you had been on the platform for less than a month when this review was posted. Your campaign was specifically created for your account and had only recently launched. Like any new campaign, it takes time to build momentum and optimize. Our team is actively making adjustments and remains committed to helping you generate and nurture more opportunities.
We’re fully committed to helping you achieve the same success many other agents have experienced, and fortunately, we’re still very early in the partnership with plenty of time to build momentum.
