I have tried things that seemed promising about paying money up front for support in getting leads in the past, and they have never developed to be what I hoped. At this time, as I am retired from my previous occupation, doing only real estate, I am not necessarily trying to do a ton of business, however, I liked the initial approach to having me review an online presentation about being able to get leads, get money back after first close, etc. I decided to take the call appointment, and so far I like the completeness of the solution with education, tools, and the support system that appears to be part of the package. Of course until I see leads, it is still a gamble, but I do have confidence. I liked the ease with which the creation of the web page and initial marketing content was done. I did post one of the park bench ads on my Facebook page, and did get likes the same day from about 15+ people that are part of my network. Which is where I primarily have been working this last couple of years. I have pretty much decided to make this year a real estate focused year and then maybe retire more next year

I like the Scripts which I will practice but I do have a hard time remembering scripts. I will do my best to remember them. Ty

This company is fraudulent. When I signed up one year ago I was told that if I did not get any closings in my first year that I would get a full refund no questions asked. I received 19 in active leads my first year and no sustainable leads from them. They have since changed their terms and conditions since I signed up and are telling me that I get no refund because you sign the new terms and conditions each time you log in. Edit: to provide more details to why I am so enraged with this company. The posting of my private data is very unprofessional. They fail to mention that when I signed up I was told I would receive a full refund if I do not close a lead in 12 months. They do not mention the countless hours I worked in the first 3-6 months on their horrible leads. They do not fail to mention that I did not sign the addendum because they did not provide the same information as they did in my phone call when I signed up. They fail to mention the many phone calls I had with them afterwards. They fail to mention the premise of my review is in fact fraud because they told me I would get a refund and refuse to give it to me.

The ease of the system has made it easy to get started.

I was contacted by Housejet and asked to be removed from their list. He just hung up. Train your salespeople. Had he continued the conversation and wished me well, there could have been future potential although the reviews that are 5 star seem to be just starting agents. The lower reviews are agents that started and did not have a positive experience.

The leads were nothing great. I was told the sign up fee of $1,994 would be retuned after the year if no leads panned out. None did, and they never responded to my request for a refund. The whole company is a rip off. And they have false advertising get you to sign up. I’ll be having my lawyer addressing them moving forward.
