I received leads that were many states away. Also none of the leads were viable leads. They stated when I signed up that if I did not close a lead within a year my initial $2,000 would be refunded. Then when asking for the refund, I was told that there were all these conditions that were not revealed to me previously. This site is a scam. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

To be honest I was curious at first and I reached out to them via a FB post. I set up a time and the guy I was talking to was very professional. He asked me some qualifying questions and I asked some qualifyin g questions. Then we got down to brass tacks. He told me they had 3 plans. 20, 25 and 30% referral fee's. I didn't think those were terrible as I have worked as a relocation Realtor and those can be really oppressive. I asked if there was a set up fee and was told it was $2995.00. I siad you meant $29.95 not $2995.00. He said $2995.00. At that point I was a bit shocked and siad if you are taking a minimum of 20% of my commish why on earth would I want to give you almost 3K? He said thats what it takes to get me set up. Needless to say I took a pass on it. The service may work for some, but I don't see it working for me at that price.

The communication tools (method to text, email and log calls ) are not very effective. It is more effective to contact the leads individually. The App is clunky and doesn’t really seem to work. The leads are not actionable. Customer Support is responsive and pleasant.

I paid for 2.5 years about 2300 to start. The leads all felt were poor quality. Their ads commercials say you will get 8 to 10 referrals per month not leads! I never got a referral and and the guranteed 8 to 10 referrals that was the commercial at the time when I signed up.

I was seriously considering HouseJet. I got on a call with their rep and everything was going smoothly. I was literally excited about working with them until the reps mood changed when I asked him to give me a week to vet what I was told. He immediately told me that I sounded like I wasn’t Intrested. I replied that I was interested, just wanted to do my homework if I were to invest $3,000 into any program or service. He then said “I’ll just move on and look for another agent. If I don’t find what I’m looking for I’ll give you a call back.” This experience was too close to feeling like a scam. I would have been a paying customer a week from yesterday as long as everything I was told checked out. He also named an agent using thier platform that my wife (also an agent) went to school with. It would have been easy to verify. While me experience did not start positively, we did get follow up from our initial sales person explaining his intentions. We also followed up with the agent that was mentioned as actively using their system. Not only were they using it, they did also give a positive review.

If you're a new agent looking strictly for training not leads then this company might be okay, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. But if you're considering their lead program, run the other way. Over the course of a year, we received 228 leads, spoke with only 10 people, and every single one was "just looking." We essentially threw $4,000 down the drain. No closings, no ROI, and absolutely no refund offered. To make matters worse, another agent in our office tried the same program and got zero leads in an entire year again, no refund. This lead program feels more like a sales pitch than a legitimate opportunity. Save your money and stay far away from it. I am here to help real estate agents not to toss their hard-earned money away.

Their online sales ads state no payment to Housejet until their referred lead has closed escrow with you. HOWEVER, when you have a phone call with them to sign up, after them going through their lengthy sales pitch, you will find out that you have to pay them $3000 upfront to get started, and they add that they will refund you the $3000 on your first closing. How many times have I heard similar pitches and been burned by companies! Housejet states they vet their leads...hmmmm? I told them I would not have any problem paying them $3000 at the first closing, IF their lead was real. They don't seem to comprehend that my time spent sifting through dozens of leads cost me time and money. If I am lucky enough to get even one REAL motivated lead in 12 months, that might partially offset the cost of my time and money up to that point. The bottom line, Housejet, is that I don't want to pay up front for unmotivated, fake,lookylous, other agents responding to Housejet as leads, etc! Housejet and other like companies need to prove their worth BEFORE I pay them $1.00!

I have only recieved a few leads. I have only had 1 lead answer the phone and he was not qualified nor did he have enough money to purchase a home.
