I’m trying to be steadfast on the program but I have received 15 leads and I’d say 4 are the wrong number of not the owner of the number. I think the thing I’m most mad about is the price paid seems to be all over for different agents. One pays 1900 one pays 2900. I think that may be based on how long you hold out to join. But seems a bit shady now that I’ve seen so many written reviews. The training isn’t bad the other things it offers are nice. Do I feel a bit played …yes. I wish I could go back and not do it for sure there are so many BBB reviews and agent posts I wish I would have seen. I just really hope I can a few conversions to cover what I paid anything else is gravy!!! Look everywhere read everything you can before you front the money.

I have not started using house jet yet so can not give an opinion yet.

I was hesitant at first because I get so many calls trying to sell me leads. I am glad I took the leap of faith- Housejet has an innovative way of doing things and I am very impressed so far!

I contracted with them at the start of 2023 and the first couple months were decent in lead flow and communication. The leads were sub par Facebook clicks, no real qualifiers and only 10% ever could be reached. After the first couple months, they pretty much abandoned support and leads stopped for weeks or months even though I tried to reach support. This is a bait and switch company for sure... great honeymoon and then they abandon you... stay clear. Also their money back guarantee is a joke. They have you provide your production reports and answer question, then just decide to lie about your results.

The HouseJet program is more involved than other lead generation programs that I've used in the past. Mike has a series of videos that explain each step of the way before you can start receiving leads, and he explains why each step is important. He explains some of the psychology behind it.

I’ve been in real estate many years and have tried many different programs and HouseJet is hands down one of the most comprehensive, user friendly, and done-for-you systems I’ve seen. This is definitely a no-brainer!
