I signed up with HouseJet in August of 2024. I paid $1500/upfront, supposedly refundable upon 1st closing, and 87./monthly. I have YET to receive a REAL LEAD. I call, email as well as send mail to the 'leads' and even when HouseJet calls them, they say they 'aren't interested'. MOST of the 'leads' are not even real people...fake emails, fake phone numbers, etc... Therefore, I, at this time, would NOT refer HouseJet to anyone looking for leads. They are NOT screened 'leads' and have been a HUGE waste of time and money.

I like all the scripts and learning tools. I am looking forward to what's to come.

Do not recommend. None of these leads are worth anything, many wrong numbers. Not worth the money.

I used this lead company for four months; they didn't deliver a single viable lead. I have ten years of experience in the business. They made every excuse in the book and refused to refund my money which was guaranteed! It's funny how all their five-star reviews are from brand-new users with zero experience with the platform.

Their online sales ads state no payment to Housejet until their referred lead has closed escrow with you. HOWEVER, when you have a phone call with them to sign up, after them going through their lengthy sales pitch, you will find out that you have to pay them $3000 upfront to get started, and they add that they will refund you the $3000 on your first closing. How many times have I heard similar pitches and been burned by companies! Housejet states they vet their leads...hmmmm? I told them I would not have any problem paying them $3000 at the first closing, IF their lead was real. They don't seem to comprehend that my time spent sifting through dozens of leads cost me time and money. If I am lucky enough to get even one REAL motivated lead in 12 months, that might partially offset the cost of my time and money up to that point. The bottom line, Housejet, is that I don't want to pay up front for unmotivated, fake,lookylous, other agents responding to Housejet as leads, etc! Housejet and other like companies need to prove their worth BEFORE I pay them $1.00!

The videos so far have been great and easy to understand. I love how structured it is and I am excited to get going.
