As an experienced real estate broker I wasn’t certain this was for me… but building a team to help propel my business forward is always a good thing. The quick start was a refresher of what I have been doing for years. Great motivator to pick up the phone.

After 46+ years in Real Estate, I thought I’d seen (and tried!) just about all the “latest” and “Best” platforms and systems for growing and thriving in this business. . until HOUSEJET!! I’m looking forward to embracing the clients whom I’ll serve through the success of this system built by agents, for agents and all our communities! FULL SPEED AHEAD!

Every single lead I've received has been trash. Not a single lead has been legit other than two, and they won't reply or have asked me not to contact them. Biggest waste of $2k I've ever spent. I will never use or recommend this company again. Huge scam. I followed the program took the classes, and nothing. They get away with it by giving trash leads that are auto-generated. Not real people filtered and searching for a home like they market. Would give zero stars if I could.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I was surprised that I had to pay a deposit when their ads said you don't pay until closing. I was told to put down a deposit of $2500 or more depending on the referral %. I was able to go down to $2000 for 20% referral fee which I should've seen as a red flag being that it was a variable amount. I was also told that the leads would be qualified before I get them so I would get leads that are ready to talk, but that was a complete lie. I would never have signed up if I had to do the same thing that my CRM already provides me today. Since October, I have received 16 buyer leads (no seller leads), of which I only actually spoke to 3 people who were not interested or had an agent already. Also, many of the numbers would go straight to voice mail or weren't even a valid number. How did those even get through as a lead? Complete deception. On top of that, I just got a charge for $87 /month for membership which isn't giving any value. I requested for a full refund, and they gave me the $87 back, but not the deposit. Very deceptive practice.

I was very impressed with the details laid out in this process. I’m not a big tech savvy person, but feel confident in the simplicity of the process and how it is implemented. I am excited to get started and glad my 12 months of procrastination has ended lol. Let’s GO!

I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from HouseJet to look elsewhere due to their blatant greed and dishonesty for customer satisfaction. This is a warning.
