Our system is built not only to provide opportunity but also to support agents through training, scripts, and tools that have led many to successful closings, even in challenging markets. Regarding the refund request: We want to be transparent, there is no stated 12-month deadline for requesting a performance review in our contract. We’re unsure where that misunderstanding came from, but we’re happy to review your agreement with you and clear up any confusion. We also show active use of the platform for only 6 of the 12 months, which can affect outcomes. Our model is most effective when the system is used consistently, and our team is always available to support agents through that process. Our goal is always to support agents in growing their business with verified leads, set appointments, and a system that works when fully utilized. To clarify your account activity: You were active for 8 of the 12 months. 63 out of 157 leads were verified by our LISA or ISA team. From those verified leads, 14 appointments were set on your behalf. While we understand that not every lead may be a perfect fit, this is a numbers game, and many agents have successfully closed deals using the exact same system and resources. Additionally, you still qualify for a refund upon the closing of a HouseJet-referred lead. Our refund offer is performance-based and remains available, not withheld.
