That is absolutely not the experience we want you to have and I'd like to make sure this is the last time you're contacted by us. I took a look at your account information and made sure to opt you out of all calls, emails and text messaging in case you were getting those. I'm not sure why this happened, your information was already removed outside of your name and historical account information, but I'm making sure we respect your wishes to stop being contacted. If this keeps happening, and you continue to get emails or calls from anyone saying they're from Housecall Pro, please email me immediately at [email protected] and I'd be happy to ensure we stop. Hi Carrie! I'm Chelsea with Housecall Pro. This is awesome feedback, I'm really happy to hear your experience has been mostly great! Thanks for letting us know a little bit about the pricing and feature add-ons. We'd love to be able to offer every feature available to our Pros, but some of these features are more expensive to build and support. If we offered them for free, we'd be forced to raise the subscription price for all our Pros, even if that feature isn't something they need, so we try to offer it as an option for an additional price instead. We hope this allows our Pros better flexibility with pricing. I hear you about the videos! We do have a video feature using our HCP Cam add-on, but to your point, that's available for an additional price. It might be worth exploring if you think it'll make a good impact in your jobs and workflow. I'll see if I can connect with you in the coming days a about this feedback and how we can help optimize your business. I'd love to hear a bit more about pricing models you've used in past platforms and how those worked. We're always looking to improve and feedback like this is incredibly beneficial to us!
