Hi Malissa! I'm Chelsea, thanks for reaching out. I'd love to help get this sorted out for you! I tried reaching out to Seon directly via phone and email to help resolve this, but haven't been able to connect just yet. On my end, I can confirm that the account was officially canceled in May. To help me investigate the prior charges, could you assist with a bit more info? I checked our logs and don't see a record of a cancellation request, which is why the automatic renewal charges and subsequent dispute went through. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, Pros would need to request a cancellation of their subscription up to 24 hours after the renewal in order to receive a refund of the most recent subscription charge. If you or Seon have any confirmation emails, call logs, or records of contacting our team to request cancellation, please forward them over to me. I’ll gladly review those right away to see if we can get a refund issued for you. You can forward those onto [email protected] and I'd be happy to take a look! Since you didn't end up using the platform, we want to make sure the record is accurate for anyone else reading this. To clarify: not all of our reps are based in Mexico. We have team members stationed stateside as well — I'm one of them. We're not sure what specific information was shared with you, but we're happy to address any confusion directly if you'd like to reach back out. Regarding the reviews — we're an honest company, and that means we don't hide or filter feedback, good or bad. We serve thousands of Pros on our platform, and the overwhelming majority have a great experience with us. We'd rather show the full picture than a curated one. If you ever want to give us another look, we'd welcome the chance to show you what the platform can actually do.

I was able to locate your account, and I can see a gift card was part of the conversation — that promotion did require attending two demo sessions, and it looks like only one took place, which is why it wasn't issued. I also noticed you recently spoke with a member of our Cancellation Team and were offered a promotional option to remain with Housecall Pro.
