We received fast and courteous service with the representative. Although we could have done just as well ourselves. We could have called and made all the necessary plans on our own. We thought we would get a better price using this service. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

I ended up canceling my reservation because I found a motel that was more economical.

Enjoyed our stay. One of roons needed the bed linen changed again. Front desk took care of it . Showers really nice plenty of hot water. Other room was noisier because it was by side entrance to building. Would not take that room for that reason again.

Pricing was not fair.

I ordered a room w/ two beds. On our way, I noticed on the confirmation sheet it said one king. I called your 800# and was confirmed that my request was for 2 beds! Your operator wanted ME to call the hotel. I asked that she did since it was your operator made the error and I was on the road. She complied and did return my call - asking me to pay the hotel an additional $5. and send you a receipt for reimbursement. I asked her to explain why I should pay an additional amount when it was clearly YOUR error - she had no explanation! The hotel did confirm the calls but advised me they were unable to do anything because my reservation was made through you!! The hotel did also confirm that you asked her to collect $5. =tax which she could not do since this was booked through you! YOU sent her a fax addressing my request for bottom floor but failed to include my original request for two beds! Hotel thought it strange but when I asked, confirmed frequent problems w/ your site. Won't be using you again!!!

My experience was a very positive one.

Thinking that your dealing with excaliber hotel direct , they mis lead you in their ads.Than they make reference to Expedia which is another cover up...FINALLY I BOOK MY HOTEL AND THEIR COMPUTER BOOKS ME AND BILLS ME TWICE, I FINALLY AFTER 3 PHONE CALLS ,I GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE IN THE PHILLIPINES WHO TELLS ME I SCREWED UP WHEN I BOOKED THE HOTEL.THEY FINALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY SCREW UP AND CREDITED BACK ONLY THE HOTEL CHARGE AND NOT THE BOOKING FEE....THAN AFTER SPEAKING TO EXCALIBER AND EXPEDIA WITH NO SUCCESS I REALLY STARTED GETTING MAD.AFTER 2 MORE HOURS OF PHONE CALLS I GOT SOMEONE TO CREDIT BACK THE BOOKING CHARGE I THINK. I STILL NEED TO CHECK MY CREDIT CARD IF THIS HAS BEEN DONE..STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was such a beautiful hotel and the staff were all very polite and accommodating.
