We never have been charge on our card before we stayed at the hotel we were surprised to see our card had already been charge before we even started our trip. Always before when we used other company's they never charged us until we left the hotel, used our card to save the reservation

I originally entered the hotel name and city where I want to stay into Safari. Hotel and rated popped up and I booked. I live in Canada and stayed at a location in Canada and had to pay US rates! I was in a hurry but I thought I was booking through Hotel....sneaky!
