Worse experience ever ...after booking with them you get all kinds of charges that wouldn't show on the main page if you want to cancel you still get charge half of whatever you cost is .... Wouldn't recommend at all...1 star only cause won't let you post your comment ..0 stars...

I got this sight after googling and called the number. The person I talked with was very helpful. Very friendly. No problems with booking. She explained everything clearly and answered the questions that I had. In fact I had to call back and change my reservations and there was no problems with that. I will use this again when I need a room.

I have never used this site before but I found it to be flash fast with a very friendly staff. Thanks.

Poor follow through and/or communication.

If you can deal directly with the hotel/motel, it will be a much more satisfying experience. The person with whom you deal is friendly enough but doesn't know anything at all about the area in which you wish to stay. Find a direct phone number if you can.

My booking experience was great, your rep was wondering. She actually called the hotel and confirmed my handicap room. when I got to the Sheraton they did not have our reservation, I gave them the confirmation print out and they couldn't find our reservation. Worse service on the hotel's side ever!!!

I thought I was booking on the actual hotel site, passed me on to this site. Called 2 hours after making reservation and was told would only be credited partial amount. Every time I have used a third party booking agency I either don't have a room on arrival or room promised they " are unable to put me in". Guess i will have to file a dispute with American Express!
