When I filled out the online reservation, I made a few mistakes - like omitting to fill out the state. Instead of highlighting the state and saying something like "oops - you omitted essential fields" a generic error message came up. This error message was confusing and not helpful. By trial and error, I just kept filling out the form and realized that I hadn't filled it out completely, and that the error message was the same each time...What would help is if the form reappeared with the blank fields highlighted along with a more descriptive error message.

I have yet received an email confirmation!. Also, luckily I printed out this page even though there was no indication to do so. The printed version was just this page with all the misc stuff also. Reservation making procedure great. RECEIVED EMAIL BUT WENT TO JUNK MAIL. SORRY, DISREGARD PREVIOUS COMMENT

Why have programs if they are not honored

I put in info and clicked search. The hotel was found but the departure date I typed in was wrong. I went to it and clicked the day before and it was changed to correct date on screen. After I selected and booked room I did not notice that it went back to original incorrect departure date. Therefore I had reservation with wrong departure date. If it changed to correct date before I booked room...why did it revert back to incorrect date when I booked??? Now I called to correct it and found that the policy is NO changes. Now we owe for an extra day that we can't change!

When I clicked to make the reservation the page loaded with service not available try again latter. So in the end I got 2 non-refundable reservations but they refunded theirs

It took me 30 mins. To find the hotel online. Very confusing site. Had a lot of trouble getting back to the site. I know Hilton properties are good, inexpensive places to stay because I have stayed there many times but was hard to find online.

The booking was easy, the room was not. The room was misrepresented , it was actually pretty much a dump. For a Motel 6 it was awful. We asked for a pool there was none, we asked for breakfast, there was none. The beds were bad , the bath was worse. It appeared they had painted, and painted everything, stool, tub, walls,etc. There needs to be a better way for them to show the real deal.

The thing that I didn't like is trying to fi d out what agent I was booked with had to make a small change to my rooms and had to go to 3 different departments before someone finely fixed my room. Need to know who is the person booking you stay
