Hello, Marvin. We very clearly brand our site as HotelReservations.com throughout the entire search and purchase process. We do not use other business icons or logos. Thanks for the feedback. HotelReservations.com TEAM

To whom it may concern; I was very happy with my first booking experience. until I saw the extra charge for using the on line booking. I am quite sure after talking to someone from there that I must have agreed to pay it. I guess I didn't read it all the way I should have. I am sure I will think twice before using it again. My thought was I was saving money not costing me more. But I guess it is the same with a lot of things we live and learn. At 70 and just used the internet booking service for the first time, getting the extra billing I was not very happy.

Hello, Nancy. Sorry for any confusion. The total price you agreed to on our check-out page is indeed the total price you paid, which equals the room charge plus any booking fee that may apply. We simply have to charge the booking fee as a separate transaction. If you require further assistance, please contact [email protected]. HotelReservations.com TEAM

I had a very friendly representative help me. My only complaint was when I arrived at the hotel they had my address wrong. Not even the right State where I live. I was surprised because the Rep even commented on the name of my town. When I made the reservation.

The experience was fine and I have a great price on my reservations. Now, if all is good and confirmed when we arrive, I will count this a resounding success.

I don't mind going thru a reservations company - WHEN I know that's what I'm doing. You all are playing dirty pool. I booked a reservation, and when I went to check out, I was told there is no receipt since I booked the hotel thru expedia.com. I told them I did not book it thru expedia and she said, well there is no paperwork here to give you. Imagine my surprise when she said that. I figured I would then have something in my email queue waiting for me after check out. Nope. Nothing. Zip. It's like "we got your money - so we did our part". Unfair to me, the customer. But now I'm smarter, and now I'll make sure I'm looking at the top bar before I book anything and I certainly won't be choosing you again.

Hello, Karen. Thank you for your comments. Our site is very clearly branded as HotelReservations.com, and it would be quite an oversight to think you're on any other site or the hotel's own website. So we don't consider this "dirty pool" at all as we proudly display our brand throughout the entire search and booking process. Also, we provide a confirmation page at the conclusion of your booking which can be printed, and we also send an email receipt and itinerary (sometimes these end up in SPAM or JUNK folders the first time you use a site, so be sure to check there). If you haven't received this email, please contact [email protected] so they can research this situation and re-send if necessary. HotelReservations.com TEAM

This my first time using this service. I am traveling to Minnesota on the Amtrak. I'll be staying over night in Chicago and was looking for a place to stay that was dirt cheap. Otherwise, I was just going to inside the train station overnight. I only wish I would of written down the woman's name that helped me get my Reservation. In my eyes she went out of her way to help me find a room as close to the train station as possible. She got me a room at Hostelling International Chicago. Chicago Hostel 24 East Congress Parkway Chicago, Ill 60605 1 standard shared dormitory, men only, with a shared bathroom. $42.04 for the night. I just could not pass that price up. As I said, otherwise I would of just slept on the floor at the station. I'm going to see my son who I have not seen in person since 2011. I am coming from Colton, CA Albert Enriquez [email protected]
